I got a call from this # on my cell.. Didn't leave a voicemail..

I received a call from this number also.  Gentlemen said he was from Countrywide and was interested in buying my home in Arlington. I do have a home in Arlington for sale and I do have the loan Countrywide.  He told me he looked up the info on the loan.....I would guess that would be breaching my privacy and would be a conflict of intersted with his employer....ie..using private info for personal benefit?  He gave me his email address but I have yet to have a response and the number just rings busy.

I missed the call and they left no voicemail. I don't recognize the area code.  I looked it up and saw that it's from Texas.  I know nobody from Texas.

Caller called and I didn't answer.  They called right back and said they had the wrong #!  I don't have a loan at Countrywide but I'm positive the girl that called works there.

Caller called mobile phone.  I did not recognize #, so waited for caller to leave voice mail.  Caller did not leave voice mail.

Came into caller ID as from Countrywide mortgage but did quick search and found it was a residential number from Richardson, Texas.  Message left said it wanted to clarify some information about an incomplete application they received for a refinance on our mortgage that we have with the real Countrywide Mortgage (The company is having major financial difficulties).  Neither I or my wife have ever contacted them about anything to do with a refinance.
