I received a call saying he's with some Lion Club also. I told him I'm on the do not call list and he said really and said this is not apart of the do not call list. I hung up on him and blocked him number so he can't call back.

Multiple hangup calls. Usually about 7pm. Answer, immediate hangup.

I just got a call from this guy, sounds like an african american. He asked if i was Mr. Ibanez , i replied yes, then he said "let me call you back"

I've gotten calls from this number around 7p.m. I call back no one answers.

Out of area.  But local area code in Dallas?  Just hangs up.

Hangs up when I answer in Irving. Who Is This?

It's a fund raising organization - the kinds that raises funds and takes a cut off the top (probably 80-90%) and gives the leftovers to the group you thought you were helping.  In my case it was a local Lions club.  A couple donations, followed by calls, sometimes 5 per day, until I finally answered and told them to stop calling.  which they didn't.  Still more calls.  Now every time this number shows up, I call the president of the local Lions club at home.  During dinner time.  And complain.  Loudly.

Got phone call from this number, answered it. hung up on me. then i call it back and it was busy!

Just got a call from this number.  I'm in the Irving area.  CID says Unknown.  Hung up as soon as I answered.

972-253-4702 keeps calling.  Hangs up when I answer. I can hear someone there though.
