I just received a call from this number, when I answered the woman identified herself as being affiliated with the Richardson Texas Women's Lion Club. She was looking for donations for a charity event for underpriviledged children to attend a movie night. When I told her I could donate $15 she refused my offer due to ticket sales are $10 per child and the administrative costs would be too high only to mail out one ticket....Obsurd! Needless to say, she wouldn't take my money. This is very concerning to me.
