Figures he's a deadbeat dad. Probably why he's so angry. Maybe you should through his number out there so people can harass him for your child support

This collection agency is located in Jacksonville, Florida. My child's father is employed there. I have tried to call the number back and they will not give the name of the company or location. He gets paid under the table (to prevent the Child Support Enforcement from garnishing his wages) so this "company" definitely conducts illegal business! He goes by "Chance Clayton" with "Joseph & Joseph", which is his middle name. Any info that anyone has would be helpful.

I also got a call from Chance.  He threaten to have me picked up by the police at my place of employment unless I settled a debt.  I guess all of the above incidents are extremely similiar.  I paid him some money but I'm on the way to my bank to get it reversed. I'm also going to visit my local law enforcement AND FBI office. Chance Clayton we are coming for you!!!  By the way Joseph & Joseph address is PO Box 465, Dallas Tx 32218

Chance Clayton is an ILLEGAL LOW LIFE SCUMB@G SCAM ARTIST.  PAY him ZERO mind.  Ask him if it is ok to put him on a three way phone call, then call the FTC.  Let him explain to them the SAME thing he is threatening you with.  Ive done this, he will curse at you and hang up the phone. It is fun!

This guy (Chase or whoever) has called me about 5xs in the last 2mos & I really wasn't worried because I knew.the bank he was claiming I had a payday loan at was closed & hasn't been used in 3yrs but today he called my in laws& told them I had a warrant & the ssheriff was gonna pick me. Up tomorrow but I called my bank again to verify that I had no payday loan that went into my acct 3yrs ago & like I thought it was NO!!! I've reported him to the local police dept there & mine here in Alabama.Thinking about sueing for harrassment & violating FDCPA laws

HE CALLED MY MOTHER SAYING HER GRANDSON OWED MONEY HE NEEDED TO PAY  OR A WARRENT WOULD BE ISSUED FOR HIS ARREST. WHEN I CALLED HIM UPSET HE TOLD ME TO SHUT MY MOUTH SO HE COULD TELL ME WHY SO I HUNG UP ON HIM.

This is a company using illegal tactics to collect a debt on illegal loans. You will not go to jail they will not go to your house or work.they will not charge you with a felony.they also use ?the names joseph and joseph, dss, arbitration something or another. Answer them calls and ask for an address they hang up because they know they are illegal. Then google your states wiretapping laws and the next time they call record them or at least say you are. They will hang up. Good luck and have fun with it.

This "Chance" called one of my clients threatening arrest for discharged debt.  Obviously illegal so I called Chance.  He refused to identify the company nor did he provide a fax number.  Obvious scam.

This idiot called me today. Said his name was Chance. I took his name & so called information he had on me. I asked for specific dates and information. He told me he'd have to call me back. I told him by the way I do have an attorney of record & asked him if he'd like me to have us do a three way call. He said no but said I'd need him when I get arrested for my felony. Then he hung up. Yeah. Ok. Whatever. SCAM!

I have been getting calls from this number and a couple of other numbers and it's Chance, plus a couple of other names. I went to my local police dept and they checked it out and said it was a scam. They are not even listed with BBB. Scam central....how can they get away with this.

Got a call from Chance Clayton from joseph & joseph law firm on my work phone. He said I have a case to get a pen and paper to write down the details. I tell him let me get your number and I will call you on my lunch break. he says how about you just give me the address and I send a unit to pick you up. I tell him I just said I need your number to call you back, you are calling my work I cant talk on my work phone. He wanted an exact about of time I was going to call him back. I just got the number and hung up on him

I got a call from this number yesterday. After asking a few question about the call, "Chance got very upset and start calling me all types of f**gots. He is a scam trying to make a profit off of scaring people into believing they will be arrested. The next time he calls, tell him to get a real job and stop scamming. Now I call him 10 times a day. Isn't that a twist lol.

"The Judge" of Nassau County?!?!?!?  Call him back, ask him WHICH ONE!?!?!?!  Then ask him HIS mailing address.  I would BET you Chance "bottom feeder scum" Clayton hangs up on you.  Not very professional, but what scam artist is?

I received a call from Chance Clayton at my job. He knew everything about me and my parents. He said negative things about them. He also said the judge of Nassau County had something personal against me because of my father. I was nervous because he knew so much, even though I knew i was not guilty of anything. Beware

I to got the SAME call this morning, Sayong I am a person of interest and to call back or have my legal council call back. It is a Payday loan collection thing. I have been getting calls like this for 6 months now. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION WITHOUT PROGGF OF DEBT.

Just received a phone call from this number stating from Johnson and Johnson claiming to be Chance Clayton and he had ALL my information social security number, EVERYTHING and said the same thing to me!! I called the local authorities and reported him. This guy is a scammer don't let him scare you like he did me.. He claimed he was going to have me arrested if i didn't call him back in 20 minutes with some sort of payment. Don't give him any information

Got a call from this number on MY brother's home phone for MY husband saying he was calling about an ongoing investigation.  He too stated his name was Chance Clayton and to call him back.  Strangest darn thing ever!  Freakin' wierdo's how did this guy EVER get my brother's contact information for my husband, the two are not connected in anyway at all.  Scary.

Most likely an "onshore" version of the offshore fake pay-day loan scammers.

BEWARE!!!!! 972-295-9022! I just received a missed call from this number...When I returned the call, a man with a strong southern accent stating that his name was Chance Clayton with Joseph and Joseph Law Firm. He had my social security number and name and stated that I needed to get a pen to write down details of my case that had been filed against me for my arrest on Friday! I originally thought he said his name was Chase, I ask "Chase, what is this regarding? He started screaming at me that his name is Chance, not Chase and that if I continued interrupting him he would go ahead an file for my arrest. I told him that he he could not speak to me in a manner of yelling no matter what businees he was trying to conduct. He stated that I was now harrassing him and that he called to help me resolve a complaint that his client had sent him and due to my attitude, he was not going to help me and I would be arrested on Friday!! Ive never gotten more that a speeding ticket when it comes to being a law abiding citizen. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW DOES HE HAVE MY SS#??? NAME AND PHONE NUMBER!!! I googled the number and there are blogs regarding this person and various calls that he is making!!!
