Okay so I finally got to answer this phone call and it was from my insurance provider Allstate.  It's some woman asking if you're interested in a new deal about life insurance. She is calling from a fax phone so that's why it told me it was allocated to a fax machine. Anyways, I called my insurance Agent to double check because it seemed curious to me and they said that woman does work for them and that they have a new discount if you bundle different insurance packages with life insurance.

Called at 8:46 pm 972 329 6978. I didn't see it until later and there was no message, so I texted back asking who it was.  Sprint informed me this number is allocated to a fax machine.
