They keep asking for my relative, who DOES NOT live here. I love hearing my phone ring every 14 minutes and seeing "PLANO, TX" on my caller ID. Disregard how many times I've told them I don't have there number, they tell me they will note the account. For about 2 months now, they call from 8-10am then 4-7pm about every 15 minutes.

It has been such a pain and hassle where I had blocked every 972-3378-#### that has come to my home. Let alone, when they do call - I just sing songs or scream really loud or keep asking them "Why... Why.... Why...." until they hang up.

ENOUGH ALREADY - HOW DO I SUE THEM?

We are a business office. He is calling for a co-worker. Won't give the name of the business and says it's a "personal" call. Since he mispronounces her name then obviously he doesn't know her. Called again a few minutes later and hung up when answered. Pathetic!

Yes, they have 3 different #'s that they call from and they will keep calling.  They have already called my house 11 times in 8 hours!  My husband cussed them out after they started calling his work as much as they call the house.  I just want to tell them, you will get your money just not in the 10 day "grace period." It's more like 14 days.

Hello, The only info I can find on these scum bags is that it is a land line based in Plano, Texas and the registered service provider is Verizon. They've been calling my new home phone for a few days and I'm ready to blow a few rounds through their building!

I just moved and got a new home phone # and these scumbags call all hours of the day without leaving a message or answering when I pick up the phone! I called them back and it's a recorded message they ask for a social security # or a 7 digit # -- if you type in 9876543 then they will patch you into a service rep which convienently there were none available then it goes into a recorded message with a bunch of legal crap then you get to leave a message (and I did!). I left a pretty nasty message and then I called capital one credit card company and gave them their number. It is illegal to request personal info even in a recorded message, it's a federal offense. ****  To the trucker, only info I can find is that it's a land line in Plano, Texas and the registered service provider is Verizon.

Yikes!  Some how this company got my number, too.  Thanks for the above warnings.  I will never pick up the phone for them,  Oh My . . . they're calling right now.  Ahh.  Seriously.  This company is wasting their time with me.

Your truck is your place of business.  I was under the impression that they were not allowed to contact you at your "place of business".  I could be wrong.

The next time they call, ask to speak with a supervisor.  Get the supervisor's name, write down the date and time you spoke with him/her and be sure to get an address.  Tell the supervisor that you are going to send a certified letter telling them that they have the wrong person/number and that you want the calls to you stopped immediately.  Let him/her know that if you receive anymore calls regarding that person, you will take legal action.  Once you have sent the letter and spoken to the supervisor, if they continue to call, it is then harrasment.  Good luck.

this company keeps calling calling me trying to contact a relative that hasn't lived here in over 25 years we have told them to stop calling and they don't leave us alone.. their response is that they will keep calling us until they talk to them and that there is nothing we can do about it. they are also calling our wireless phones trying to contact them.  It is not my responsibility to give out telephone numbers and it is an invasion of my privacy that they are contacting me. I don't have anything to do with the account and I am getting tired of it. I need help
