It's capital one auto finance.  They call and call and call.  I am behind by a month on my payments and I set up a payment plan with them but they continue to call and harass.  I would agree never get financing with them.  They also call about stuff that they have already called about, they aren't organized and have lousy customer service when you actually need something.  They have asked me for my insurance information on 4 separate occasions when they wouldn't even let me leave the lot without it when I bought the car.

I have been getting calls from this company for months now even though I have told them that the person they are looking for is no longer at my number and blocked their calls and I gave them another number to use to reach her; but, the calls still come through from the roll over line.   I understand that they are only protecting their interest in the vehicle, but dang.  Talk about obsessive.

I believe this is a caller that phishes for information.

@ Dust - Most of the people complaining here are doing so because the creditors are calling the wrong individuals!  We have cause to complain.  After notifying them that they have the wrong number, that should be end of it... Period!  Why are you even on here posting if all you want to say is "Pay your bills".. that is not what the purpose of this is.  Grow up!  Then you can pay your bills!

Called but nobody was on the line when I answered so as I was hanging up, I heard a ladies voice say "hello", but it was too late.

They call every 15 minutes, and never leave a voice mail

Block their number.  Most phone carriers allow a limited amount of numbers to be blocked.  AT&T allows 10.  My Panasonic phone lets me block up to 30.  Many cellphones can block calls.  You could just block the entire 972 area code.

I purchased a car through capital one every thing was fine until my pay period changed I had never been late when I called them about changing my due date they wouldn't help me so now some times a little late this would not of happened if they would have changed it for me so they call constantly I had the car sold on 05/12/ they said it would take about
/ days for a lien release they wouldn't even fax it when I pay the loan it comes out at once so my purchasers could not get licens so now they can have the sob back I am sick of them!

Been getting none stop calls from these people lately... the area being Plano, TX. It's starting to get on my nerves

This is Capital One Auto. I guess it's because I bought a new car. My first payment is June 14, 2014 and I noticed my new auto loan account was set up April 26, 2014. I already made 3 full payments! That's good credit!

I get about 2 calls a day, never a message.  

The problem is that it is just a recording

I called the #. They indicated they were with "Welcome Call Capitol One". I just recently got a car loan thru them. They went over the loan terms, payment options and first payment date. They indicated they normally call until they receive a live person. Not sure why they didn't just leave a message regarding their intent the first time. Anyway , hope that helps some of you ;)

Nobody said anyting for the longest time so I hung on them.

Sick and tired of this crap. It's only twice a day but extremely annoying. When I answer there is no one there to bi*** at but once in a while they leave a message claiming to be Capitol One. I think it's Jake, from State Farm

I have a credit card with capital one but no auto loan.
Why would they be calling me and wanting my social security number?
My bill is paid on time every month.

They call me 3 or 4 times a day, almost every day!!  STOP

I just bought a car, they called to let me know the terms of my loan. They may have a collection agency department (not sure though), but I can say not all calls from them are for collections. They called to let me know the terms and due date of my first payment.

I get hang up calls from this number many times a week.  How can I stop it?

This a new cell phone for me, less than a month old.  Calling me a couple times a day, it has now turned into three times a day.  I call them they want my social security number.  I do not have an account with them and do not want one stop calling me!!

I keep getting calls from this number.  I am registered on the "No-Call List" and what them to STOP calling me immediately.  When I do pick up the call - they do not say anything.
