Capital One. Spoke barely a single word of English and couldn't communicate any useful information. Pathetic.

they call several times a day in every 4hrs and hangs up soon as i answer.
One time, they left me a voice mail and gave the number i could reach by using my cellphone number. so i called back and it was Capital One looking for some other person.

They have been calling us repeatedly for over a month. When we call the number back, I cannot reach an actual person. It asks for our credit card # or social security #.

They call many times a day never leave message and only call on the cell phone. We do not give that number out for any business at all never have never will. We will not take the call and be forced to pay for time on our cell phone when we have a land line that is listed and we use for all contracts and busses. They never have a caller id and never leave as I said a message. I will not call them back if they want us they can use good business practices and leave message at the lest. Do wish we could block incoming phone calls on cell phones as this type of call is a problem that is growing along with the web based marketing kind.

Called once I answered but there was nothing but silence. called a second time after the first call and a machine started talking and i hung up. i called back to see who it was and it was capital one auto finance and told me to input my 7 digit account number or my social (i was like i don't think so). I don't have loan or a car for that matter, so i wouldn't see why they would be calling me.

It is capitol one, pay your bill or at least make a promise to pay and they will stop calling

Yup, This is one of many phone numbers Capital One Auto uses. It's amazing how often they call, letting it ring once, and then hanging up. They do this all day long. If you do cave, and call them back each rep will tell you something different, apparently making no notes to your account, cuz they will continue to call again throughout the same day, and forever until your account is paid all the way up to date.

This is CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE in Dallas, Texas. They start calling the first day into your 15 day "grace period" on your auto loan and if you don't answer, their computer redials every 50 minutes from 8 am to 9 pm local time until you answer. Even when you make arrangments to pay before your 15 day "grace period" expires, they will continue to call daily until they receive your payment.

This is not Capital One. I was able to contact Capital One customer service, and they verified that these numbers in Texas are not affiliated with their organization. They asked me to call the National Fraud Information Center at 1-800-876-7060.

They call and hang up as soon as I answer. This is not the only number they use.
