Recovery Concepts Inc. Collection Agency that is a scam company. Specializes in harassing, threatening and intimating you to pay your bills.  They will call your family members, job, and neighbors to harass you into paying. They have no legal authority and it is too costly for them to pursue a legal law suit against you out of state so they resort to harassment and threats of filing a lawsuit against you and your family members which they can obtain this information through people search on the internet.  They are in constant violation of the Fair Collections and Recovery Act and need to be sued. Send your complaints to the State Attorney Generals Office. Most of these threats are being made by the owners younger brother Collin Bracket who uses several aliases when he calls. It is a small family run hole in the wall business out of Texas. Owners Charles and Sabrina Bracket, 1128 Emily Lane, Carrollton Texas, 75010. Sales Manager Randy Plemons, 146 Carmon Drive, Red Oak, Texas 75154, Manager Rebecca Ballaor, Collections and Telephone harassment Collin Bracket alias AKA Jim Steele, John Roberts, Garry Ward and many other names.

I got a very rude harrasing phone call from these jerks today...I tried explaining that I am not the person they were looking for and "Adam" was rude and hung up on me.  This company is way out of control.

yes i  got a call from this number.they told me that ill be sued to if i did not pay on one of my debt.by looking on this web sit i fill a lot better about this call lol thank you ricky.

Very rude threating for a debt in someone elses name and isists itsme and wont listen says he knows its me and i must pay or I will be sued. Found out its a cllection agency? His name is Victer Chase?
