These guys are frauds. They have court papers online proving it look up Cynthia Brock. Bowen is her Mom who created the company they scam their clients big time frauds. Dont pay them s***. They lie and state they are attorneys and threaten ur life

Getting same calls but for 60,000 what can we do to get these guys off oir a**, they are trying tobtake our cars and homes and claim they have a trail on us.... google Cynthia Brock her mommy created this company because he and her hubby screwed a client out of a ron of money its court documents. Neither phone fax or email is legal. Follow the steps in what you need to know and send them a cease & desist letter via certified or return receipt US mail.  Keep notes, keep any emails or messages on the answering machine, record any phones from them. Demand debt validation be sent via US mail as per the FDCPA. Make sure you dispute this in writing sent ala US mail certified or return receipt also.

They called saying we owe them 100,000 dollars to a company that skipped out on the work here. TheThreatened fraud and other things. Anyways I freakd out and googled and they are just collections but when I said i have proof we dont owe u , nothing. Anyways just got a threatening email. What do we do

I had the same exact message from Cynthia today on my voicemail during work.

I got a call from a person at Bowen and associates, Who claims we owe 19,000.00 for a temp heat bill to a person who owes us quite a bit more for damages and failer to compleate work. They claim they are going to sue us on the behalf of there client. They Can't sue anyone, all they can do is threaten you!

We have good credit, and we pay our bills! ((NOW WHAT))
                                            This compay and its staff is a real pice of s***.

They called me again today so this time I called them back and I will continue to call and call and call. Ha ha. Have a good day everyone!!!!!

Bowen and Associates has been calling our business trying to get us to hire them for debt collection. When I explain we rarely have debts that need to be collected and BECAUSE we are a Produce Distributor we have debt protection from the USDA via PACA they just keep talking! I said "please take us off your list" response "you aren't on a list" so I said "please don't call be we are NOT interested" response: "I'll call back in a little while!" what an a***ole trying to "sell" their services maybe that guy works they collections side and they just needed extra help on the phone today!!!

Just received a call from Bowen and Associates for my husband.  I asked what company he's with before I passed it through. The person on the other end of the phone said "I dont have time for this" and hung up. hmmm.. neither do I.

There's nothing wrong with being a debtor. As long as you're a smart one. Which means you never pay a dirt-bag, 3rd party collector who can't provide the required full, complete and legitimate letter of validation on request. As per federal law.

P.S. It's really hilarious when a debt collector says that someone else shouldn't be a debtor! What? You don't think we know perfectly well why you've been forced to be a collector? "Debt Collectors! Drunks, Ex-Cons, Addicts and Deabeats 'R' Us !!".

They do collections I actually hired them a while back and they did a good job. I guess you guys dont pay your bills? Nothing to get mad about, maybe you shouldnt be a debtor :-D

This number 972-420-0715 was on my caller ID, left no message, ID said BOWEN &  ASSOC.

They call and hang up when someone answers. So I called the number and got some fool who said they were a "third party collection agency". Told them we don't owe anyone any money, so no reason to be calling my phone.... and the hang-ups are annoying and illegal. The turd said, "we don't call and hangup, there must be something wrong with your phone". Time for a trip to Lewisville TX to do a little "collection" of my own... permanent disconnection of Bowen & A***oles.

Left message for "me or my attorney, if I've hired one to represent me" to call 1-800-527-5130, Cynthia Brock at Bowen Associates.  No details left with regard to what this is in reference to; I don't have many outstanding debts, so I can only assume that this is about one debt that there was a problem with (and about which I've been in contact with the original company, who said they would handle it--still, the calls keep coming).

Michael Anthony from Bowen & Associates called me. He wants to take over collections of our delinquent accouts.
