Attorney General Office allows a complaint form to be filled out against them. Here is the numbers 800-252-8011 and 800-621-0508. Capital One Finance has this number and it is their Plano data center.

Started on 4/22/14, have received so far, 6 calls since 6:49 am. Caller I D state's plano data cntr. It is now 7:18 am. Grr!

this number keeps calling over 15 times per day, the number they're calling is 623-537-5028. It's a business phone and we requested to have them stop calling several times with no success.

This number appears to belong to Capital One Auto Finance in Plano, TX. The dealer customer service number is 1-800-735-8718. You can call that number and hopefully get it resolved.

I just started getting calls from them today, non stop, did a reverse search and surprise,
it came up capital one

We are getting the same calls!
It is showing up on our caller ID as :Capital One
If you try faxing back, nothing ever answers, so I assume their fax settings are set to SEND only, and not receive!

I keep getting calls on my business line (government entity) and it is someone trying to send a fax to a voice line. I have sent a fax back to this number asking them to please stop that they are trying to fax to a voice line.

We have received COUNTLESS calls from this number, at all hours of the day... 6 AM... 10:30 PM... I have even complained to the FCC... We get a fax signal and cannot get them to stop.... next step ... a lawyer!!!!

We were getting several calls per day from this number. They are trying to fax our phone line. Now we are getting at LEAST 6 calls, every 15 minutes. The only way I have found to stop them involves the Sheriff's department and formal charges. They seem to prefer auto dealers. I wish their machine would spontaneously combust.

Continous calls - at least once evry hour....has been going on for several months....can't stop them.
