I just got a call from this number from Kay or Katy Thompson. She was looking for my daughter (who is grown and hasn't lived at home for several years).  I don't answer calls of numbers that I don't recognize--if they know me they will leave a message. So I called the number to see what company RCI was and what they do. They would only say RCI. I asked if they were a debt collector or did they want to leave a message because my number was not her number. She said my number was listed as the contact number. My number is not given as contact unless its for emergency purposes only. In response to the question of leaving a message Ms. Thompson said that she could not release any information but did manage to tell me that she was assigned to my daughter's case and that it was tied to her social and then threw in that my daughter actually had two cases tied to her...so much for not giving any information. Ms. Thompson actually used the words paperwork and proceedings.  Will be watching for this number because I'm sure they will be trying again.

This guy calls me and said his name is richard elliot and that there's a complaint filed with his firm then named some address I haven't lived in for like 3 years..i am thinking who is this person, is it some type of scam?

Keeps calling asking for owner by name, will not leave message.

This guy is a debt collector named Gary Wood.  Cannot discuss legitimate business with him because he is full of profanities and insults.  Strong arm tactics that are technically illegal.

Shady business; called our business asking for owner, I looked into it, they are "RCI" and say they are debt collectors, I called back and asked them not to call us anymore, then was told in strong language that they would not be getting of the phone or removing me from their list until I went through their process of quoting a rate for my debtors. Coercive shady business.

Hahahaha...that's exactly what I do....

I agree with Jax OFfice Manager, you are not going to get thru.  I also google the phone number.  Dude just asked for a first name, we have four employees with the same first name so when I asked which one he was looking for he hung up.  How am I supposed to know?

Hey, just give up. You are not going to get thru to anyone. We can spot you from a mile away! What we do, just in case you are not bright enough to know, is to put you on hold and then google your phone number while you are waiting. We see the many complaints about you and then leave you on hold, ha ha ha ha haha ha. thanks for making my morning :)

These guys are New York in your face.  "Tony Sayers" is rude, condescending, and is as low as you can go on the corporate ladder, total wanna-be.  He has no class, even called me a "bi***" during one if his many telephone calls to my organization.  Stay away from these guys . . . and a bit of advice:  if your boss is expecting Tony's call, wouldn't he have his direct line?  Call Tony out on it.  This guy is true SCUM!

Caller from RCI said he was actually holding for the CEO. He was not. He just called in. I told him he was not available and that I could take a message. He proceeded to ask me if I had a pen and paper ready, I told him yes, and the JERK hung up on me. REAL NICE!!! Waste of my time these idiots!!!!

These people called me concerning a debt my father has, and they claimed they have my social security number and that they would come after me if I didn't pay the debt.

Nasty phone calls -refusing to say what they want or what calls were about!

Fake collection call.  Tried to comvince me that I owed EXACTLY $1500.00 for a material order.  Never heard of the company he said he was collecting for.  Calls from this number are FAKE.

"Tim Grant"  from RCI called looking for the President.  He said he was told to call the President at a specific time and when I asked him if our President was expecting his call, he said he does not have time for this and hung up on me.

I guess if he doesn't have time to answer my questions, then he dosent have time to talk to the President!

It's amazing that companies are willing to sacrifice their reputations for losers like this guy!

"Tony Sellers" called asking for the owner of my company by her nickname. After I explained I would help he lied and stated he was returning a call, then gave me a false company name. I offered t take a message but he rufsed to give me his call back number stating she already had it. After I called back and was asked to be put on the do not call list they repeatedly hung up on me. LOSERS

I received a call today from them. They asked for a former boss so I knew they were not up to date (he has been gone several years). I said "may I ask who is calling" he told me his name (which I can't remember), I have caller ID but I always ask "and who are you with" he said RCI, and I said what is RCI, he said it is just RCI, I said what type of business is RCI, he said is Eric there, I said what is RCI, he said is Eric there, I didn't answer - he said really we are not getting anywhere with this conversation, let me talk with Eric, I said give me the information I am requesting he then said you treat all of your customers like this, you are never going to get new customers treating people like this, I let him rant and carry on never speaking again and he hung up. Silly companies don't they know that we assistants know how to play their silly games too. Sometimes honestly I LOVE to mess with them.

I am the assistant to a man who owns several companies and NEVER answers his own calls. Most owners, especially of large companies, don't. That's why they have assistants! These mental giants think that if they just keep on calling, and not leaving messages,  maybe one day, soon, maybe, the big man will pick up the phone! Wrong... It ain't gonna happen. Meanwhile, they somehow think that being rude to me will help them get closer to that goal of getting to the owner. Today it was a vile little girl, who when asked if she would like to leave a message, screamed, actually screamed 'No I don't want to leave a freakin message, I want to speak to him now!' . Wow, that's gonna do the trick, right? Freakin? Really? On a 'business call'? I try to look at it from their point of view, and I know, it is REALLY tough out there finding a job, Obviously she is not too happy with the one that she found, and shes gonna take it out on her 'clients'. Although from what I read on here, I can't believe this girl and her 'colleagues' don't have corporations standing in line to hire them ! ! ! Thanks for letting me vent, I have to go back to work now, the phone is ringing. . .

I had repeat missed calls from this number. Finally, when I answered he asked for someone, not me, acting like that person and him are friends. When I explained that they keep calling my phone and asked who it was, they had an attitude and hung up the phone. I believe it is a shady collection company.

rec'd a call from 'Joe'.  Said my boss was expecting his call and I should put him thru.

Somebody introducing himself as  Jim Anderson called and asked to speak with the owner. After he was told that owner is  not available,  he starts yelling and demanding  in a nasty way. This type of phone calls must be reported !
