OMG!!!! That is the person that sent me the same email valid 4-25-14 until 05-09-14, I was sooooooooo excited to get that email, I didn't remember putting in an application for JCPennys but however I was overjoyed seeing how I am actively seeking employment. Darm shame, somehow someway something has to be done to these people.

I  also replied to one similar to this, it looked so real it had my name my address and my resume. I responded that I was interested in the position and sent my cell phone # as my contact # for him (a Brian Gooden) to contact me as soon as possible for the position. I am very hurt that his is a scam, I am desperately looking for employment and I hate that everything is on line now and this has really hurt my morale.

I got the same E-mail from a Ronald Thomas from JC Penney with a store of #2819, I am going to report it to the job service Monday.. sorry SOB.. It had to come from one of them scam job sights I applied to.. They get our information then pass it to deuce bags like these guy's..

What do these freaks get out of this?  What a waist of everyone's time.

Mine too was from this Brian Gooden. I got it today 4/25/2014. We are all hurting. I lost my job, car blew up 6 days later. Not sure how I can get to a job because I live in no mans land, my house will be next...and no matter how bad it gets, I would never scam someone out of money to save myself. Some people just plain suck.

On 2/28/2014 from Michael Miller ph 972 446 0313.
On 3/12/2014 from Brian Gooden ph 972 446 1522.
My resume was also attached which is posted with NV job assistance programs.

I got an email from the guy named Michael Miller offering me "the Gift Wrapper position (full-time or part-time)" where was wrote he was a HR from JCPenney. My resume was attached what make me believe in his words. The first email had the JCPenney adress in Texas with the phone: (972) 446-1522.

The third email was with this number (800) 519 9150.

Unfortunately, I only decided to check these numbers tonight and I got a lot of complaints about them on line.

Here in this link (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-972-446-0411/3) - you guys can check the complaints I'd found for (972) 446-1522 number. There are in three months nine different names for HR at JCPenney.

One complain about the JCPenney website called my attention. The true JCPenney website is - jcpenney.com - and the email sent to me from Michael Miller was (jcpstore.net) but that time I didn't pay attention.

Yesterday I got an email from George Franke, also was - jcpenneycorp.net and the phone (866) 981-5888.

This guy Michael already told me about George Franke, saying he would be my Project Manager. They sent to me the W-4 form, the employment agreement, the guide and two others forms to complete. All these documents had the JCPenney logo. Once again, I thought was legal, but the same time I thought someting was strange because they didn't interviewed me yet, but because it was to work from home I also thought this was the procedure here, in these cases.

I've been living here since last year and I'm looking for job, so I think he got my informations from these websites: monster/careerbuilder/nevada.us.job

I hope this information can help you guys, innocent people, to avoid these "kind on people". They are scam.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! I got the same thing from this person, who actually attached a copy of MY resume he got online!!! He didn't say what site. I did reply back and ask where this "opportunity" was and I had no response to that, but he forwarded an "application" which I did no open in a second email. This is a total scam!! Last summer I had posted my resume on (your city)Helpwanted.com and I have gotten nothing but bogus job offers.

I am so happy I found all of you reporting that you received the same e-mail that I just received today.  I have been unemployed for 10 months (well, on a full-time basis at least, luckily I have a part time job to keep a little money coming in) and desperately trying to get back into my field.  With my level of education, skills and experience, I was actually questioning if I will ever "get back on the horse" and use all that experience again after receiving this e-mail asking me to wrap presents based on my resume.  Thank you for showing this was some sort of awful hoax!  My e-mail from today:

I got the same thing it lookes so legitimate. I gave them all of my information in their fake application form. They have my social, my addresa my, green card number. They can use that information for anything. Im so devastated to know I was scammed. Why do they do this to us who are jobless?!!!!

I got this same email from Brian Weber. I know that it has to be a scam.

I received the same message and found this website.  However I am reporting them and I truly hope that anyone who reads my post will do the same, I am posting the email I received as well as who to report it to and how to send it.  Hope this helps everyone and please report it.  We need to stop this B******T.

And, to my surprise found it is a scam. Uff! I am unemployed and looking for a job.
