The same people bounce from firm to firm and peddle the same scam. Promise business owners the world -  that they are a pretty, shining diamond  and some big international company will swoop in and pay millions for your crappy little business. You'll be rich!!!
Just pay us 30-40K upfront, we will do nothing, but we will do our best to make you think we have (through templated reports and b***s***ting). Then we keep the mone, because we knew we needed great lawyers to write the contracts. The end.

My biggest laugh is I have met numerous business owners who fell for this more than once!

Scam company ripped me off. They made all theses promises and the delivered on none. Mike Allen came to our business and told us we could be sold for more than our value. They would fix it for 35,000 dollars, well when it came down to our value being less than, guess what for another 35,000 they would fix our firm. So i dug a bit and asked some of my business friends and what do you know, Mike Allen took money from one of my buddies business with another from called RSM Equico. Also the CEO of this TTC is a former employee of GW Equity which was fired for doing shady things. WOW I am shocked, also I saw were TTC is purporting to be in business since 1988, however read the rip off report closely and you can see they opened up in 2008. So I guess they weren't INC 5000 eligible either, all of my contracts and this info is with my state AG at this point so it is what it is. Got me once but not twice!

Received a Voice Message from Linda White calling from 972-450-3160 requesting "John" to return her call as she has a proprietarian tip.  Guess this is the new way of asking either if we are intending to sell or that there is someone interested in buying our company.

Yes, I truly believe this is about Mergers and Acquisitions (from Texas).

We are a family business and have no intentions of selling.    There are numerous descendants to "take-over" the business!  Still going strong after sixty-plus years in business.
