Actually, the guy wasn't too rude or ugly, just asked for the owner by name.  When I explained the owner had been in and I couldn't tell him whether or not they would be back in later, he asked for voice mail.  We don't have voice mail.  I explained that I can take a message.  He said he'd call back tomorrow and hung up without leaving a name or company name.  Others in the office have been apprised of the call and will be cautious when the number appears.

Yep, Patrick White is at it again! Called wanting the owner of the company, very snobby and arrogantly...I informed him the owner wasn't available and asked if I could help him. He insisted on knowing whether the owner was in or not and called me every name under the sun when I didn't give him a direct answer. Wanted my name to "turn me in to corporate"...thing is we're a sole proprietorship, hence the need to speak with the owner!

Patrick White with TTC called for our owner. He was out of the office. I told him that I would be more than happy to take a message for him because our owner prefers not to receive voice-mails since he is in and out so often and doesn't check them. Sarcastic, rude, gaffing jerk. He actually snorted at me. Let's just say his messages will NEVER get passed along.

Yep...he just called our offices asking for our CEO and was such a jerk. I was overly nice to this scum bag and he was still rude.

Same experience with Mr. White calling for our CEO.  I told him he wasn't available and when he rudely demanded to know when he could be reached, I told him I wouldn't share his schedule but would gladly transfer him to voicemail.  I then sent him to a ghost voice mail box we use for executive cold calls and he left a different number (in a much nicer tone).  That number was 972-450-3143 which I tried and it does connect to his voicemail.

Patrick White at TTC (Transition Companies).  Rude and unprofessional.  There are 2 pages of posts regarding him and other reps at this company.  You can email their "CEO" mbrakens@transitioncompanies.com to complain and request to be removed from their call list.

Had a voice mail waiting for me when I got in this morning.  Cryptic message like described above.  Glad to see all these posts so I won't waste my time.  I am going to call though just to bust his a$$.

I received a call from a man stating he is Patrick White with TTC and his direct # is 972-450-3173.  He wanted to leave a voicemail for the owner.  When I told him I was his secretary and would take a message, he wanted to know why he couldn't leave a voicemail and I apologized and told him that we do not have voicemail (which we don't).  I asked him what his call was regarding and he said he wanted to talk to the owner about our service and did not give me an opportunity to pass the call to our sales or service departments.  He wasn't very friendly, but being a professional I maintained my composure as a representative of our company.

Pretty much went through the same thing with him just now.  He insisted he was a customer and went on and on about my not being professional and he had no idea when companies stopped providing customer service. blah, blah, blah.  Thing is, my CEO was standing at my desk when I took the call!!  :)

Jerk called my office also and was nice as can be until i wanted to know why and what he needed and then he got very rude and oops lost his message.

Sure. You have money. He wants to get some of it and give you nothing in return. Everything else is a useless detail once you understand that.

He is still at it, along with another guy from a slightly different number.  They call expecting to get straight through to the CEO even though they refuse to provide any information.  Ha!

This d*%$ face just called our business and was just like the posts above.  He asked about 5 times for another number for the President of the Company.  I kept saying over and over I would relay a message and he kept up his bull*$%$#.  I hate these phone type people.  They should know that some people just don't put up with that kind of crap and I would put an ax in his head if I knew who he was and where I could find him.  That would be one dead son of a bi***.

This man is extremely rude, and has no respect for company procedures or the the people answering the phone. And he is not very intelligent, it is never wise to offend the only person who can help you get your call through . This mans call will never get through !

This guy, Patrick White from TTC, called me today being an absolute, sarcastic prick.  Sorry that's not professional, but he was very snotty with me.  That instantly put me on edge and made me wary.  He called asking to speak with my CEO. I told him he was out of the office (and he is until next week).  He asked for his voicemail, but sensing this was a solicitation of some type, I told him I screened his calls and could take a message (that's true as well).  He very much disliked that.  He said he wanted to talk to my CEO about his company and services and pretty much left it hanging there. I'm debating, after reading this, to even pass the message along.  Actually, whoops? the message has been thrown out... oh the number was 972-450-3173

Got a call from some dude named Patrick White at (972) 450-3173.  He was the rudest and most idiotic sounding guy.  He wouldn't say why he was calling or what his business did.  What a joke!
