Just received the same kind of message from Linda Kluever today, she said she was with TTC.  She specifically asked for our owner and would not provide details.  She said it was a confidential business matter and she couldn't discuss with anyone except the owner or a principal of the company.  

So glad I didn't forward this information on to anyone.  The number she gave was a Texas number (972) 450-3145.

Recived a call from "TTC" THE TRANSITION COMPANIES, after doing some research I found some alarming things. I guess the owner Gene Sartin is the former VP of GW Equity which had a falling out with him. After they canned him he formed this firm called TTC and purports to have been in business for some 25+ years or so. Wow, I don't know why these people have to lie in order to make the public think something else. Anyways, Patrick White called me, I didn't return the call because I saw this listing and I get those type of calls all the time. I have no intention of ever doing business with this firm or any other for that matter. I think I will just use a local broker and save the upfront money I will loose. Thanks for this site!

Just rcvd a call from Linda as well....lol.  Almost Identical to the gate keeper message.  Anyways I am going to call the number back and invite her to read the reviews on this site!  What idiots would ever put them through to the owners without knowing more ....and why do the callers think we will fall for their lines.  Give us some credit, we screen calls all day long and get paid by our company to keep the vultures away...and in my case am paid extremely well because I do a great job of it.

Lind Kluever called asking for our owner by name.  I asked who was calling, company name & subject of the call - she said "This is Linda Kluever with The Transition Companies and I need to speak to (owner) regarding a confidential business matter".  I told her I would need more information, he does not take a call with minimal information.  She then asked if I could discuss the confidential business matters & I said NO.  The spelled her name & the company name & gave me her direct number as 972-450-3189.  I then told her he probably would not even return the call.  She hung up.  After she hung up I checked their website then I came here & saw the complaints.  Needless to say I did not write the message for the owner because this is a bunch of malarky!

Voice Message received today from incoming call from TEXAS.  Caller identified herself as Linda Cluver of the Transitions Company and wanted to discuss a business matter.  She also left the direct line number of 972-450-3189 so we could call back.

So happy that there is a site like this to gather reports.  This is a family-owned business and there aren't any intentions for selling (in business over 60 years with many descendants to follow).  We will not be making a return call!

Funny how people do not get the correct information on spelling names when people call.  You people are spelling her last name like it sounds, not how she spelled it for me.

She was polite and just wanted to discuss "business" matters with the owner.  That's what they all say...
