Same thing happened to me right now

And they're trying to scam me!

I received this email after i sent pics of my truck to Bright Richard at bhrd10@yahoo.com. i waz first contacted via text message from (661)-462-7694. soundz like the same scammer. Message az followz:

are  to deduct $4000 for  deposit  payment and  help me send  rest  balance  to the  shipping company via western union  that will  come  down for  

the  pickup at your  location so  when  they come  down for  pickup they will bring the  remaining cash down to you with proof  so  that they can

pickup  the   Titan truck   so if you agree  to reserve the   Titan truck   for me  and AGREE to send  rest  balance to the  shipper via  western union money transfer

Upon agreement they will  bring  rest  cash  down  on the  day  of pickup and  you will  hand over  Titan truck    TO THEM  AFTER  YOU RECIEVE THE REST CASH

I received a text and then an email from this number/person.  The email was identical to the one posted above.

Thanks! I just told 'Frank Lakeside to drop dead'.  This is the third such reply I've gotten to my ad for puppies.  I answered one last year & w/ only my name & address he was able to get into my bank & paypal accounts & empty them of $400.  He was also supposedly hearing impaired & pestered me w/ 3 3rd party calls.  Wiser now!

I also received a text message about my puppies just like yours.  I thought it sounded fishy so I decided to see if I could find anything on this guy or his number. Thanks for posting it.  It goes to show go with your gut feeling on things.

HAHAHA<,,,,,,,just received a text just like this...i did reply to the text via email.  No reply back from this person yet...but I did want to see who was interested in my puppy so i did a search on my own. he sent text to my phone...so why would he tell me to email..oh well.   Glad this came up when I did my search...very helpful!  I know scams and in his reply I will tell him to screw off!  hahahahah!  thanks to this post....and me doing a search!   Thanks again to the origional poster!

received a text message from this number inquiring about the puppies I had for sale. they wanted me to email them pictures to lakesidefrank@yahoo.com. when i did it turned out to be a scam. they were wanting to write me a check for more than the amount & me to western union them the overage. definitely not falling for that one.
