JB Mikel & Associates are known to us as a Debt Collection Agency based in or near the Dallas Texas region.  They contacted us on the basis of collecting bad debt owed to our company.  Since the beginning of our business relationship with this group, this company has been identified to us as JB Mikel & Associates.  JB Mikel may have also been allegedly operating under the business names of "Goldman Pierce allegedly operating under Jeff Bono", and as "Roberts & Gray Associates".  There have been several reps from this company that we have dealt with, allegedly their names are/were Jesse, Mike, Frank, Chase.  Each time we contact this company, we are given a different name for the sales representative and in several instances we have dealt with the same individual using different names.  The bottom line is that JB Mikel & Associates collected money that we have proof they received and deposited into their account.  JB Mikel refuses to remit the monies due to us as per their agreement.  



Jeff Buono, The owner of Stillwell & Stone, JB Mikel & Associates and Goldman Pierce has filed a bankruptcy. Case 12-40346-7 Eastern District of TX. The US Trustee is interested in hearing the specific details of your money taken. The trustee for the case is Michelle Chow 214 521 6627 and email MHChow@swbell.net. If you can send a narrative and documents showing the specific details of the manner in which your $$$ were taken that would help to bar his discharge.

Tell what was promised to you, what amount of money was collected by the agency and then not paid to you, provide the documents of the contract, emails, check copies and other relevant documents. This will help to show the pattern of the businesses activities. The US Trustee can seek to bar his discharge with enough ammunition. They need the details of what happened.

Second on collection rip offs one on one.. all their legal identiton contract revolves around their county and have dispute with them .. this is why the put the specifics in their county .. eitheway .. their main game is to have you give up Theyl tell you their declarin bankruptcy. Fyi ;I have witness to this then they will low ball what they owe you.(info is worth more than money) so.. take a chance... Susan Brown called asking for the President of the company. (989-808-7545) When I asked her what it was in regards to, she could not provide me with a valid reason for the call to be forwarded. I directed her that our company was not interested in her services, please take us off the calling list, and hung up. She called back on 972-481-1000 and again asked for the President of the company. I immediately told her to please take this number off her calling list. She called back a third time, yelling at me that she did not want to speak to the receptionist who made only $10.00 and hour, she made over a hundred thousand a year and her call was for the President. Again I told her our company was not interested in her services, and she was in voilation of FTC regulations by continuing to call/harass; please take us off the calling list.

They are very good at collecting money but .. is what happens after its collected..  they are truly gifted in figuring how to beat you out of money... Every little detail in contract to squeezing time away from you.. pay attention to details if you use their service ..like remittance is on 25.. however doesn't specify how much they have to remit.. its a kite business.. they want to put pressure for turn over because they sit on your money..know in any state you can cease as nd desist a third party any time. Let them blow their money on lawsuits . They are already running thin..

Also another disturbing tid bit that i have found, after speaking to one of there old employees (it seems that there are a lot of disgruntled employees or former employees too), that Jeff Buono is working there. This guy is a con artist like no other and is facing criminal charges possibly for the 3 if not more collections agencies he has used to embezzle millions of dollars...(Nice failed bankruptcy to boot)...the same thing Mr. Jesse DelRio is doing right now------

I received a phone call from what sounded like a telemarketer asking for a man who no longer owns our company. The call began with some cheesy music and then the man came on the line asking for the previous owner. I stated he was on vacation for the rest of his life and hung up. the guy called back and said he was going to buy from us as he was referred to us...etc but now forget it.  when I *69 the number it was this number and I called it later and it is a litigation firm. Another gentlemen who answered the phone was a hard line talker trying to get me to reveal my name, where I was calling from, I sound like a debtor because I was being evasive, what was I scared of, if I paid my bills what was I scared of, etc...it's tough being a bill collector...I believe he was looking for a family member of the previous owner

Obviously if multiple people are stating you guys collected money and never paid, then it must be the truth. Quit trying to cover up your trails. We all know that Jesse Del Rio is a POS scumbag who opens an agency, gets all this money collected, and then closes that one down only to start another one. The proof is in black and white. yeah, we had them collect some money too and have been waiting for about 10 months to get all the money that was collected.  Believe me, we have called the number and guess what.  Voice mail and no return calls. So all this talk about call us and we will get you the money is a bunch of crap.

If you CLAIM you were ripped off by our company please contact us and let us know who you are and what was collected so you can get paid, we have never changed our number or our address since we opened our doors.  And for the BBB, it is to hard to rate a collection agency in the BBB when debtors call in on a daily basis to file complaints against collection agencies.  It seems to me you have a PERSONAL issue against the owner and RSA!  Our company is licensed and bonded in numerous states, im not sure where you have found this information or what credibility you have with no contact information to confirm all of this. We both know you have not filed any complaints with the FTC or the AG because we would then know who this is ( JUST ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY)!  And for the comment about the financial crimes unit, "I have not had a good laugh like that in a long time", please get better material!

If we collected your money and like you stated we did a "good job", what is your company name and number so we can get you the "so called" money that is owed to your company.  Our number has been the same for the last 4 years and our address is the same.  There are NO lawsuits against us, so, WHO ARE YOU?
