Horizon Mediation was the company at the 9724994276 number calling to direct me to respond to the claim by calling 9724994277. The second number is for someone who does not identify himself as Horizon Mediation. I left him a message notifying him that the 76 number was directing me to call him.
In the end, I hope these f****rs get shot with a nailgun in the face. F****rs need to stop blowing up my goddamn phone with this s***. WHO THE F*** IS PAYING THESE GOD DMAN S*** KICKERS ANYWAY?! F*** YOUR MOTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks MJG. Yes I know this one is fishy and I have absolutely no intention of calling.
An identical recording message was left again yesterday. I expect they will hound me for awhile.
If I find out how to report this to authorities somewhere I will do it.

Don't even waste your time calling this scammer. There are no charges against you - unless you received a letter. Phone calls & emails do not count.

Message left on my answering machine: "Hello this message is from <garbled>. I'm calling about notification of pending change associated with the last four of your social. Before documents are sent for processing, a statement of intent can be made by you or your attorney by calling 972-499-4277. Please note that this is a time sensitive matter. Thank you."
