Everyone getting automated calls on their cell phones and/or numbers registered to the government do not call list should file a complaint.  Automated calls of any sort are illegal to cell phones.  Unsolicited calls of any sort are illegal against numbers registered on the Federal do not call list.

they just called and she asked if I wanted a reduction on car insurance

Supposedly offering reduction for auto insurance. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number . I'm mad because my phone is on the donotcall.gov list.

THESE LOWLIFES HAVE CALLED MY PONE FOR A TOTAL OF 10 TIMES. I HAVE NEVER ANSWERED IT. SOME SAY IT IS FOR AUTO INSURANCE. I HAVE HAD THE SAME COMPANY TEXAS FARM BUREAU FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND THEY ARE THE BEST AND WOULD NOT BOTHER PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO GET COUSTOMERS. 972-502-9726 MUST BE A SORRY COMPANY IF THEY HAVE TO ROBO-CALL TO BET BUSINESS.

Unreal.  Recorded message trying to sell car insurance!

I keep getting this call too.  I am ASLEEP when they call and don't answer, but still it wakes me up, VERY annoying.  On the do not call list, but apparently it doesn't matter, they still call.

Just got a call from this number on my cell, did not recognize it, so dod not answer. From what I can tell from the comments here, it is SPAM...

Spam call, I got a call on my cell phone, did not recognize and did not pick up.  Web search indicates spam

Got a call from them today Feb 4, 2013 at 1130 am central time on my do not call registered cell phone.  When I picked up, it was already into some recorded message.  I hung up, added the number to my ignore list.

I received a call from this number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They did not leave a message. I have since added the number to my contacts as TELEMARKETER. I never answer those. LOL!

Got the call today 1-25-13 ... didnt answer and no voice mail from them.

Pre-recorded message that I may be paying too much for auto insurance.   I'm on do not call, so I reported them to the FCC.

Got a call at 1:15 today from this number. Didn't answer as I didn't recognize it. They actually left a voice mail but it started out like it was halfway through already, something about a percentage rate. This is probably a credit card or insurance call.

Received call on cell phone. Was so garbled - could not understand a word.  I am also on DO NOT CALL list - thought telemarketers were not suppose to call cell phones. . . .

I got the call about an hour ago, caller did not leave a message.  However, when I called back the # it said it is disconnected.  Interesting.

Got one too here in Texas a couple minutes ago. Thank goodness for the built-in blacklist function in my android phone's contact list. First illegal robo-call I've received on my cellphone in over a year.

Got a call from this number with message.  Called back to try and get more info to report as a do-not-call violation (as I am on the do-not-call list), but they will always hang up if you ask where they are located.  They say their name is 'The Insurance Center' but there are several different companies going by that name in various states, and I am guessing they are not affiliated with any of them.

I received a call from this number and did not pick up. I called the number back and listened to the recording and hit option 3 to opt out of any more calls.

Got a call from this number @ 11:35am 1/11/2013. Did not answer. They did not leave a msg. thanks for those that have answered prior. Good screening technique.

Just received call. They make it sound important by saying it was a message from the driver's license office to grab attention, then said they could save me money on car insurance. 1 to talk to rep, 3 to be taken off call list. I pressed 3 and now wonder whether by responding, I'll get more calls.

Spam recorded message for auto insurance

Just got an illegal robocall on my cell phone from an outfit saying they could save me money in car insurance.  I asked what company they were with, and she said they represent all major companies.  I said I already had a good deal on my insurance and asked ot be put on their DO-NOT-CALL LIST.  Only time will tell whether I'm really off the list.  Big question...what kind of legltimate company would recruit customers with illegal robocalls?

HAHA - called my 10 year old's cell phone.  We did not answer, but maybe will next time to play with them, if they are selling auto insurance.  They probably will try to sell auto insurance to a 10 year old!
