Do not know who this, however, they are texting me

Got a call from Ally Financial formerly GMAC.  Apparently, my nephew and sister-in-law owe money to them and Ally keeps calling us.  Gave them my relatives information, etc. even threatened with suing them since I work for a law firm.  They said that they are not harrassing us but in 5 days we received 5 calls and one on my cell and today received another on my cell so what do you call that.

This is definitely ALLY Bank, the GMAC spawned financial institution.  They are relentless and disconnected.  I have spoken to one representative to only have some other clueless A** H*** call an hour later.

I got a call too ,  from  someone named Kim. Said she was an account manager.   Funny  , I don't  remember ever talking to her.

It is a collection agency.  Used to be GMAC.  Have a relative who owed money years ago and filed for bankruptcy, so they think the person lives at my house.  No matter how many times I tell them there is no one here by that name, somehow they still manage to keep calling years later (I guess through the old pass the buck to any agency willing to try to collect).  I know you can collect for every call they make if you send a certified letter receipt but there are too many of the sleazy ones out there who call from all types of names - agencies - still looking for that person.  Life....

got a call from Kent at this number. He said, so and so has listed me as reference to call. lets just say I do not know these so and so's. Kent wanted me to call an 800 number he provided.

got a missed call and voicemail from this number, said I need to contact a person at Ally Financial.
