how do i get these jerks to quit calling my retired parents and my friends? this is going way too far....they tell them to stop but they keep on...is there not a law that they have to stop if they are told to stop?? bad enough that they call my home 15 times a day, not to mention my cell phone over and over.......

Yes...they call my 90 year old aunt and scare her half to death. She's scared that something has happened to us. I've called and told them to quit multiple times, and they tell me that they don't have to. And Ford calls you when you're not even late to see when you're sending your payment. It's horrible! And it's harrassment

I don't know who these people are but they have the morals of an alleycat. They called my mother this morning and 'informed' her that unless I paid a 'debt' of $5000 immediately, they would be 'sorting me out'. She is terrified that I am in trouble with someone and has offered to pay the 'debt' off and it is taking me an age to convince her that they were scammers trying to take the p**s. This isn't acceptable. What kind of people would do this?

Just got a call from them wanting to know if somebody's car was in the parking lot. I think they're a repo outfit. Never heard of Ford Motor Credit coming out to look at a car, have you? I told him the person he was looking for was not on our employee list.

Keep calling my cell phone which I just activated two months ago. They are looking for someone else who used to have my job, but how they got my cell phone number I'll never know.
I have told them three or four times that she's no longer here, and that they're calling a cell phone which is illegal without me signing it up for something. And they keep calling anyway. I finally just saved the number in my phone and now let it go to voicemail.

Yes, it is Ford Credit Company, somewhere in Texas. Too bad I don't own a Ford car; otherwise, I might be concerned.

We hae a caller ID block that can block up to 100 numbers, which sadly isn't made anymore. But I have blocked them, yet they still keep calling. That alone tells me this has nothing whatsoever to do with credit or debts and that it's telemarketing not so pure, but simple. Both our cars are paid off and we don't owe anybody any money. They have no reason to be calling us.

these people just won't stop. so many times we have nicely said Tanya Taylor and Gary Taylor do not live here, please stop calling us several times a day. Finally my husband said to look in the phone book and the lady was like sir, with your attitude, you will KEEP getting calls. I called back and spoke with a supervisor AGAIN this made the third time. She ASSURED me she would stop the calls. Yea RIGHT.
We also get calls from Xpedite systems, and the ford lady said, that was them too!!!!
Is there NO recourse with harrassers like this??? I keep reporting them to the FCC but nothing happens.... this has been going on for a year now...

These people keep calling for - someone else.
I told the lady to stop calling us. We have told this to them before. This lady treated us as if she had some right to be calling us. Like we were these people. I explained to her that she should use a phone book. She stated that because of my come back she would keep calling us.
Reporting to the FCC. And we called and complained to their management.

Called twice in 10 minutes; nothing the first time, "Drift Away" by Dobie Gray played on my voice mail the second time. One entire verse and chorus. Odd.
