I am sick and tired of theses people at 972-655-5605 calling my home everyday two times per day.I have requested on two separate occassions to stop calling my number because I do not have an account with citi mortgage, and have never had an account with them. I believe they are connected to citi bank and I have read all kinds of information on how they handle their business practices they are rude and inconsiderate. Someone need to do something about their practices but it must be remembered they conduct themselves like their superiors they would not do these things if they have not been given orders on what to do and how to do it.

Citi Mortgage / Citibank was recently sued in a class action for wrongful business practice on loans & loan modifications.  What if they were sued again for harassment?? !!!  I too receive calls from them 800 / 888 / 972 .... they have my payment, I am not late but I am angry about the harassment --- not to mention being woken up on a Sunday morning at 7:15 am by their foolish non-sense.  I too would love to refinance somewhere else but all the banks are the same.  My loan will be paid off in less than 8 yrs to think I will have this that long OMG!

omg they do that every month for me, I have til the 16th of each month!! they call me incencently!

i have never answered any 800 numbers or any number not on my phone so the nuts who call are going to kill them self's before I care that they called. and my phone is on vibrate lol

called me on my cell...i answered and no one replied...they keep calling..dont know who it is

This number calls me repeatedly. Day after day for 2 years now.  You would think someone in this po-dunk organization would realize I am not going to answer their calls.

great, they called me again today after i asked them to remove my number already. next time, i'm messing with them.

They keep calling me asking for some other guy. It's not even the right number besides area code, and I've had the same cell number for 10 years! I had to demand they stop calling me and verify they weren't calling the person they were trying to reach! RIDICULOUS.

These people keep blowing up our computer/home phone from 7 am till 9 pm six days a week. We don't have an account or mortgage with them. We are not affiliated with them in any way, shape, fashion, or form. This is a PRIVATE UNLISTED  number! This is BS!!!!!!!!!

Citi-Mortgage does nothing but harass people constantly! If you are due the 1st and you call them ahead of time to let them know it will be made on the 15th, even though it's well within your "grace" period, they still call and harass you practically every single day! I've had them for 13 yrs and would love to go elsewhere but at this moment am stuck with these inconsiderate, rude and hateful people!

Haven't answered any of the calls but the fact that we have no affiliation with what is likly to stand for Citi Bank, its probably no good_
