This number calls leaves the same pre-recorded message.  I tell them the person they are asking for is not at our number, but they continue to have the computer call daily.  What a waste of time to have a computer call and leave the same message.  Looks like the only company getting money is the phone company.

Just got a call from this company.. on a cell phone... called it back, and I asked if they are a mortgage loan servicer..she would not answer. She said she needs to know who I am.. I said I need to know who they are.. then she put me on hold and I hung up.

We've been getting calls from them for years on some investment property we bought from another sleazy flipper who used the oldest trick in the book by inflating appraisals and pocketing the overages. We were stupid. Then when we couldn't lease or sell partly due to the mortgage crisis, but mostly because we were upside down at closing, we had no choice but to foreclose. One click on the State's appraisal website is all it would have taken to figure out we were dealing with crooks. We gave it all back and took a huge loss, but these A-holes keep trying to collect. Even after we moved, changed phones, they found us and keep calling and sending us their letters trying to scare us into paying out more money we don't have. This is just one small sleazy part of a mortgage and real estate business that has been gouging people for years. My advice is always question your appraisal and never pay more than what the State Appraisal is.

I had my home repoed and now real time calls and mails trying to get paid for a home that was taken back.

Stupid default mortgage company!  I have never had, applied for, or defaulted on a mortgage but they call non stop they are relentless.  I reported them to the FTC and you should too!

They just call me and don't answer, I have no idea who they are. That is until today after reviewing the prior posts. Thank's people for your posts.

They are a bottom feeder who purchases defaulted mortgages.

We know, because they attempted to collect on a debt in which the SOL had long since expired. After they received our cease communication letter informing them of this, they sent a letter asking us to "update our account information and sign on the line below".

"Account"? Ha! This was no more than a sleazy and underhanded attempt on their part to get it on record that we owed this debt and restart the clock. Needless to say, the letter was shredded.

Watch your back with them. They are sneaky.
