BEEN RECV NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY BEEN CALLING ALL MY ENLAWS ASKING THAT I CALL OR MY ATTY SO I CALL THESE MF. YOU KNOW ITS A SCAM CAUSE THEY ARE NON-PROFESSIONAL/THEY CURSE/THEY HANG UP THEY PLAY ON YOUR PHONE AND THEY CALL FROM NUMEROUS DIFFERANT NUMBERS. THIS IS A ((((((((((((((SCAM))))))))))))))))))))))) THESE MF SAID I HAD A NAVY FEDERAL CHECKING ACCOUNT BACK IN 2007 #1 IVE NEVER HAD A NAVY FEDERAL CHECKING ACCOUNT PERIOD.

Got 3 messages in 3 days - the first two were probably intended for my X-Husband but the caller got our last name wrong.  The third call was addressed to our residence in general and they wanted us to call to help someone else but the idiots told us to refer to the same "case number" each time.  The best part, "Larry", the jerk leaving the voicemail left a different last name each time.  Once he was Larry Hunter, once he was Larry Harmen and then he was Larry Holmart.  ( Guess he was thinking about his Walmart trip when he left that message.). Do people really fall for these jerks?  With the amount of time they wasted calling my house, calling everyone shown here and calling all the ones that didn't post, imagine the money they could have made at a real job!

I have received numerous messages both on my office phone and my cell- they are trying to collect a debt that is non existence . I had the same threats as those posted by others- I am filing a compliant with the BBB.

They called telling me I was going to be served court papers at my home or business. Didn't give caller name or business name. They gave a case number and the persons voice became very serious sounding and he said "you have been served" Honestly took me 2 minutes to stop chuckling. Obviously they can't "serve" you via voice mail haha.

This is another scam in which they are trying to get people to pay money they do not owe.  Best thing to do is to block them and then after they call three times you can file a harrassment sue against them.  I got $1,000 dollars the first time and I about to collect again as each time they call, it is a violation so for ever three calls, I file again for continuing harrassement.

They left an automated message about serving me for a civil manner at my home or place of business.  A quick check of a reverse number search finds this number 972-715-3264 is not registered to a business through Southwestern Bell - from Dallas Tx.  Guessing here but likely a scam artist.

would NOT accept Postal Money Orders, sounds fishy to me

received a call claim fraud...demaned money ,,,i have not receive any demand notice by them, when i asked who they were and gave me daa...whatever that means...gave me a money amount and for me to send by Money gram from Walmart send monies too...they also said they would accept credit cards. ...if this monies owed or not i am not giving them this way...the only way would be USPS money order, they said that they couldn't accept ....sounds like scammers

Just received a message that they are about to serve me with paperwork stating I had a fraud charge against me.

They call me bout pay day loan but I paid that off years ago they said they file 2 charges on me but paper work has not left office really smh plush the loan people I paid said they dont iperate like that

they left a message saying they will be filing a fraud suit against me I returned the call twice got a male voice that would for a extension or hold for orperator phone would ring the no dial tone the extention they give is 5005 and they are never available they do not give out any names

They are scammers.  They are filing suit against me and a lot of other people for two counts of fraud.
