A small amount of the billions could be used to keep the scammers in prison for the rest of their disgusting lives.

The person who calls my number is usually an African American male. He states that he is Clarence _______. He always leaves exactly the same message threatening to have me served at my place of employment but never states what I am being served for. I am getting similar calls from other numbers. A friend got the same call yesterday and upon research, discovered that it is a scam perpetrated by people pretending to be a collections firm representing a payday loan company. They have bilked people out of BILLIONS (yes, you read that right, BILLIONS) of dollars because they throw legal terms around and threaten "arrest for fraud". BEWARE!

I'm receiving very similar calls/threats. When I gave them the phone number for the local police they yelled "see you in court" and hung up.

They have called stating they are going to serve me papers to appear in court.  In the state I live it is illegal to be served paperwork for court appearance if papers have not been mailed notifying me of a charge owed or account set up that I supposedly owe and allow 30 days for response.  If they serve me my attorney will settle it as I know I have not taken any payday loans out

This is Payday loan company trying to collect...and they threating with court action, Tell them not to call you any longer

Received a call from this number stating that they intend to serve me with papers to take me to court.  If I call this number they do not answer with a company name.  They have called me multiple times in the last 2 weeks.

These people keep calling job (direct line) and recently called ex saying I had committed fraud.  They don't identify a company or anything.
