These guys have ripped me off $1,000's of dollars. I'd love nothing more than to see them pay for what they've done.  I know where they both live....I say let's go get them!!!!!

My company received a call from this guy today 5/13/2010  ( Glenn Cuccia). The number is 463-298-1057 his direct line.  Fax# 972-767-4050.  He appears to be a scam artist! I hope this helps.  Good Luck

This site can be very helpful to weed out the real CROOKS. Look them up on here -- if you see a lot of posts claiming abuse, it's a pretty reliable indicator, legitimate collectors simply don't get these kinds of complaints.

You can also look for comments from their customers, like you -- thanks for posting, it will help put these crooks out of business and maybe even behind bars where they belong.

Another dead giveaway is when you see posts on here from the collectors themselves, like "pay your bills" or "if you paid your bills we wouldn't be calling" or even worse posts where they insult and threaten people who complain. NO LEGITIMATE COLLECTOR EVER MAKES POSTS LIKE THIS.

If you read the pages just for this phone # you will see all the signs of how crooked these clowns are.

I had the mis fourtune to hire these guys to collect debts for me and the did collect the money they just didn't pay me my cut.  I have since sued them and won a judgement against them.  I am not sure if they are in business anymore.  The funny thing was that Glenn Cuccia Lied under otah and I caught him in it on the witness stand.  These guys are total pcs of S%&$

I don't understand why some people find the need to post negative comments about a company collection money that you show have paid to begin with. If you don't pay your bills then expect the calls! If someone owes you money wouldn't you want someone to help you get it? BJM helped me get some accounts collected. I am pleased with them.

They call us constanly. They try to get thru to the president of the company by asking for him by his first name. They have no idea that he has never in his life used his first name. He has used his middle name for years. Also, the president of the company is never here.If they can't talk to me, they'll never get thru. They seem to want us to hire them for collections. After reading about their bad business practices, we would NEVER use such a bunch of losers and scum.

Regardless of the negative words I see being said about BJM, I am hear to say that I have use them to collect several past due accounts for my business & have been very pleased.  I will definitely continue to do business with them!

What does he know about what transpired between the two parties, He is just a school boy bully who hides behind a phone. Isnt that convienent and when you strike a choard with him he hangs up on you just like the little boy that he is.

these f**** started calling me a month ago with some story about owing some non existing company in my state 4300.00 and if I didn't overnite it they were going to come and take stuff from my house. No one wants to help because they are calling from out of state and I did not give them money so no crime has been commited.  the phone numbers they call from have changed in the month so even trying to track them is hard.  What do I do I am on edge is the address posted real???? I am not too far away and think I would go there if this doesn't stop.

sounds like you might be more annoyed than me, I have a complaint filed in my home town and also put a trace on my phone this morning.  Don't think I would go as far as spending money to buy a phone to harrass them.  Though I did ask for Mr. Colemans address so I can send flowers when he dies from his cancer.  Mr Tate is definitely not the brains behind this operation Coleman is the brains" by the way there address comes up ad addison municipal airport on mapquest.

hey everybody there is now an open police investigation in New Jersey, and with the FTC.  But let's turn the table on them I bought a disposable phone and have been calling them back repeatedly boy are they getting pissed, cause they can't make calls while this is going on.  By the way Mr Colemans cell number is 214-295-4170.  Since there is now a trap and trace on my lines when I get the address they use for the cell numbers I will post that as well.

ever think of signing these clowns up for telemarketers..

They solicit businesses randomly for "bad debt" and then harass people in the hopes that you will pay them.
They contacted a company I know looking for work.. You'd think a recession would overload them with work.

The funny thing is .."The firm BJM" is not listed with the Texas State Barr, nor are either of them.

There is a Kent Coleman but he is not licensed to practice in the state.

Dont take my word for it... look it up on the web. (Cant find the firm or either of them).
Their firm works off of cell phone numbers (how is that for reputable) and does not have a yellow/white pages add.

Can you imagine how depressing it must be to try to exist financially by harassing people for a living, Your life reduced to  a telemarketer with a bad case of trucker mouth.
Their goal is to come as close to lying ( sound like a laywer by saying "firm" and "asset" and "liability", "investigation" and "capital division") and getting as possible while making you as uncomfortable as possible while reading off of a script, all the while hoping they are intimidating someone who doesn't have the resources or will to sue them.

Good notes and good professional advice....be patient they will increase the pressure with more and more desperate attempts, more harrassment, the better you document their activity and inappropriate behavior the  faster these criminals can be sent to jail for harrassement.

So what are you trying to accomplish?

A law abiding collector I do not have a problem with but getting 30 calls from a jerk like you is beyond anything reasonable. And why do you have your address blocked so you can not be sued.
