Call came in on recorder inferring that they were calling on behalf of the State. Said I might be eligible for an energy-relief program that might significantly lower my monthly bill and (here it comes) could provide me with up to $21,000 in tax credits!! To receive more information press 5. LONG PAUSE then-press 3 if you no longer wish to receive these calls. Somewhere in that message, the caller states "THIS IS NOT A SALES CALL". Really?
