You can and should also send them a cease & desist letter via certified or return receipt US mail. Make them fix the problem and stop or else.

Up to 9 calls a day!!!!! The collection dept. of this company is ridiculous! I opened a new contract with a new due date. I've told them this. They continue to call using this "dialer" upwards of 9 calls from 1 number! How is this not harrasment???!!

I have an account with Conn's it is not past due, it is not late and I have asked them not to call me, but they continue to call, each time they apolize and continue to call, it started with them supposely making a mistake on the original contract and had me to come back to the store to redo the contract because they had misplaced or distroyed the original contract by mistake, so now they have two contracts in the system for the same items, they always say they are going to get it removed from the dialer and yet they continue to call
