If you answer it, youll just hear some static and then when you say something the person hangs up.

Called my cell phone @ 2:28:52pm PST on 01/20/2011. Didn't recognize ph#/no name on Caller ID so I didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message. The 972 area code is Dallas, TX.

972-764-0179, we called the #, and it's a dead line. At&T is billing us.

Hang up call. Returned call and got recording saying: this number is not in service at this time. I have been am on the DNC list well passed the required 30 days.

At Least they call their advertisers. Not like Google who runs by bots and people in 3rd world country. I used to spent 10k+ every day on adwords and those suckers suspended my account with a simple and stupid email. No one called me. So I'm glad Bing is calling me and their number appears to be from Dallas.

Yes, that's Bing, it make sence. But I got the voicemail from them 20 min prior the call was registered. Wierd

MSN AdCenter is calling. They are calling clients who advertise on Bing.

Hang-up call. I'm a member of AdCenter so if that's one of their  numbers, it would make sense.

I was called by Microsoft AdCenter right as I left the office.  My calls forward to my cell, but I never answer there for a number I don't know.

For me, this was a legitimate callback from Microsoft Advertising / Microsoft AdCenter. I am an online merchant and advertise on their Bing search engine. This is the caller ID number when calling back advertising customers. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number and she called before 7AM.

Called couple times. Left a note said call to respond to our email, which is complete lier.
