They called and asked for the owner, I said he wasn't in the office I could take a message. Kept saying there was no message to leave. Asked for the owner's cellphone... didn't give that out. WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER.

Got the same kind of call. I told her I was the office manager and could I help her, she said she could only talk to owner. I ask her what it was about and she said a business matter. I then told her the only way he would call her back is if I had more informationa and then she hung up. She called from 1-972-850-7999 x 242. My owner has more important things to worry about, that is why they have managers!!! Really!

A woman called and asked to speak with the doctor or business owner. I told her they weren't available she tried to insist to talk with someone I told her it was not possible. She would not leave a message and was rude.

Caller ID read "SSI" this time.
Woman asked to speak with the owner. I asked to take a message because he was in a teleconference. She then asked for his cell. Which I replied that I cannot give out that info. Blah, blah, blah... she'll call back later.

The change of the caller ID threw me, so that is why I didn't just hang up from the get go. At least they waited a year and a half before they called back.

David with Sentry. Called twice same day. Asked for the owner by name and I told him that the individual is retired. He asks who is in charge of operations but I refuse to give out names/numbers. Says he has an important business matter to discuss. Whenever I ask what this "business" matter is, he says he really can't discuss that. Will not leave a number, always has a reason, about to walk into a meeting, about to leave for the day, etc.... If this is such an important business matter, maybe he would actually know who the owner is. I'm just going to tell him I'm the owner next time.

Lisa Summers with Sentry Corp 972-850-7999 called & said she needed to speak with the Manager. I asked what it was in regards to and she stated, "It is a sensitive matter." I asked her again she said it has to do with "Crime & Loss Prevention." I told her I would have someone call her back. NOT.

Refused to state the nature of the call.  We will not be picking up a call from this business again.  Caller ID says SSI but the person on the phone says Sentry Corp.  

Called them back got some person named "Karen"  asked for my number to remove from their list.  Filed complaint with FCC 1.28.2014

These idiots are still at it month after month, year after year.
We don't want what you are selling.

The RUDEST old hag just called here and wouldn't take no for an answer - if she actually thinks i'm going to let her speak to the owner of the company?  Guess again.  So much for the Do Not Call list!

another name that they are using is Jennifer. I called and asked for trisha but patty answered, I was trying to see if jennifer would answer put patty did. I gave them a nice warning to let them know that we will be calling every time their machine calls us and that we will leave a ^%$#^&%$*&^#@# message every time. we asked many times on previous days but we still get called. So what ever name is given in the message, that is the name we will use to express our feelings.

This bogus scam of a company wants to talk to the business owner to get some feedback on an urgent business matter.

They have been asked more than once to stop calling and they refuse.

They are a total scam.

They called today and I found out it is Sentry Surveillance. They made it sound like the owner of our company had talked to them requesting information, trying to get through me to get to him. When I spoke to the owner, he said he had never heard of them. They use lies to manipulate the gatekeepers. So, beware.

The caller kept asking for the owner and kept asking for the name of the owner. She said the call was personal in nature. Now they have moved onto misrepresenting the reason for their spam calls. Cant we get them to stop?

The caller is an old woman and asked me if this is a business# I asked her what was the business of this call? She hung up

If I answer and I am the owner I tell them I'm the janitor and I can take a message but they never leave one. :^)  Don't let them stress you

I just called them back and told them not to call here anymore and she said you are not the owner are you, I said no, she then put somebody named Dan on the phone and I told him I knew this was a sales call and how dare they even ask for the owners cell#. He replied you are not the owner and again I said no but I guarantee if he talks to you he will not even be close to being as nice as I am being!  With that he said ok we will not call anymore but I have my doubts about that.

Because telemarketers get away with making telemarketing calls.

Until there are severe, enforced, and criminal penalties or until it becomes too expensive for them to make such calls, telemarketers will continue to get away with annoying us on a phone that we pay for.

Yet another call from Sentry asking to talk to the owner. Informed them that we did not want a security system and asked if they could put us on their do not call list.

The agent was very polite and said she could do that.

I don't believe it for a minute. Based on the number of complaints, the company is a scam and the telemarketing is relentless.

Same as other reports.  Pushy and rude, business matter, wants owners cell phone.  And of course......the caller is in a meeting and has limited time to make calls today and was wanting to reach them today about this matter.  Oh, and of course it is way too important to leave a voice mail.

Called and asked for the owner of the business.  When I questioned the caller as to what the call was in reference to she answered that it was in reference to a "sensitive" matter that could only be discussed with the owner of the business.  I responded that, in that case, don't call back because I field all the owner's calls.  If she could not tell me why she is calling, she will not be able to speak to the owner.

For some reason, starting this year, we are getting a ton of telemarketing calls.  Does anyone know why?
