I got a call from these people yesterday. These aren't the only people that have tried to scam me. I am not stupid you fake attorneys! I know what loans I get and when and from whom!! Do you fake attorney's really think that people are not going to keep track of what loans they get. Yes, I have got cash advances before but I keep documentation of them and track payments. This attorney or agent stated he was from Jackson Morgan law firm or something like that and they sent out a summons, supposedly to my home. Hello! I check my mail almost daily, I would have noticed something like that. And I have not had to sign for any certified mail either. At first, it was people calling with a Middle Eastern accent, now its Americans, really!! You don't have anything better to do than to take money from a single mother of two! Or from anybody for that matter! Go get a real job, 'cuz per my attorney that I have hired to sue each and every one of you "attorneys" and "agents", I am documenting everytime you make a call and harass me with false claims and I am recording it and saving your voice mails. GO GET A REAL JOB AND STOP STEALING FROM HARDWORKING PEOPLE!! YOU DO NOT KNOW THEIR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCE AND EVERY PENNY COULD COUNT!!

this is a scam my bank did a back ground check on these crooks  ask for their location they wont give it ask for their state bar number they wont give you that either but they will gladly take your money

He left a name of David Michael(s). Claimed to be from my local sheriff's dept., and mentioned county civil claims court while threatening to bring a summons to my home or employer. It isn't called 'civil claims court' here. No such person exists in the county government here, and I have yet to see a summons after 2 weeks. My reports show nothing outstanding either. He should get in trouble for impersonating a county official.

FAKE They are NOT real. I have NO outstanding checks. I don't even write checks, I send everything electronically.

The caller ID number that showed up, showed up from my governments office, but he left this Dallas phone number to call back (caller ID was from one state, and he left a call back number from another state), so why would someone working directly for my cities government have a Dallas number. I called the Sheriffs office back, and they have NEVER heard of him. On his voicemail, he claimed to be a sheriff, well he is not. I then ordered my chexsystem, and EWS report, and both reports had nothing on them. If someone was reporting me for check fraud, you better bet it would show up on one of those reports.

There is also a lady who called me from the 972 area code that he left as a call back number stating she had found my place of employment, and was going to contact them today. I am a homemaker, and a grad student. I have no place of employment, so I have no idea who they are contacting, or who they think they are trying to scare with lies. This is fraud, and a scam.

i had a call from these guys turns out i had an out standing loan also a bad check that i forgot about i checked out all info and everything matched up they worked out an arrangement for me  im all paid  they did a search to make sure i didnt have anything else out there and thank  god i didnt they sent me a confimation letter that this was paid off so if your asking if they are legit i 100% believe they are
