Call from this number calls me at 5:30AM and nobody responds when answered.  Rather aggravating.

"Donica" called, wanting to know if I had a medicare card:  (I'm in my forties)

Donica:     Good morning Ma'am my name is Donica how are you today?
Me:           Who is calling?
Donica:     Yes sir, my name is Donica and I want to know if you have a medicare card.
Me:           Do you wish to speak with Donica?
Donica:     No sir, I AM DONICA, I would like to know if you have a medicare card?
Me:           Donica can answer that.
Donica:     SIR, I AM Donica.  I want to know if YOU have a medicare card.  It red white and blue.
Me:           Oh, you can ask Donica, she can tell you.
Donica:      No, Donica, is ME.  I need to know if you have the card.  You are speaking with Donica.
Me:           Ahhh, Donica is not here!
Donica:      Sir, I am Donica.  Do you have a small medical alert box (of some sort)?
Me:           An alert box?
Donica:      Yes, it is for eligible medicare card holders.
Me:            When Donica calls, she alerts me to this.
Donica:       Alerts you to what?  Do you have a medical alert box?
Me:            Donica is NOT available, would you like to speak with her?
Donica:       Sir!  LISTEN!  I am Donica, do you understand?
Me:            YES!, you wish to speak with Donica!
