Just got a call from  972-905-9683...I didn't answer due to out of area code.  She left a message saying she was trying to reach a member of our HOA (which I am on the Board)..and to call her back.
The company name on my caller ID says Sperlonga.   I haven't called her back as I have been getting
too many scam calls from other numbers lately.  Thought I would look it up first.   Thanks for the Info.

I am a RE/MAX agent in Central Oregon.  Received call from this number from 'Simone Mumbi' re HOAs on bare lot I have listed.  Asked for her email so could send CCRs.  Oddly, lost connection.  Called back and got voicemail for 'Spelonga' (sp?).  Left message; haven't heard back.  Maybe her Nigerian buyer had second thoughts.

Received phone call from this number (972) 905-9683 and the company is NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE.  This call was legit and I wanted to inform readers of who owns that number.  

Lakie Fisher called asking about my HOA in my neighborhood. She said she has been trying to get in touch with me. Found out it is a scam. Damn telemarketing people I hope they all die a horrible death. I got a very loud air horn for her next time she wants to try and scam me.

Caller called about info on a home for sale, call was forwarded to cell phone, I was unable to answer, left no message.  Called office to get call info, looked up number and found the  above information on Irvin, TX number with an extension.

The lady told me she was with Experian Credit. She asked if our neighborhood has a HOA.

Yeah we got a call on this.  Did not call them back.   Call received was on a Saturday.  Don't think a normal business would have called unless collections or telemarketers.  

Message on my voice mail was inquiring about an HOA on one of my listings - did not call back, anyone with an out of town area code and extension is just a sales call.  

Same lady asked me about HOA in my neighborhood - said she was listing a house in the neighborhood... I"m in Winston Salem NC, and I asked her which house, and she said: "oh - it's just up the road". never confirming her company or the address - I told her to call the police officer that lives next door to me - but wait till after 3 pm - because he worked different shifts - tried to give her the number - but she said she didn't want to bother him..  HAS anyone tried to call the number back ???

I received a call 10/8/13 with a woman leaving a voice mail message asking about a homeowner's association for houses on my road...wanted me to call her back.  Yeah, like I'm that stupid.
