I'm not so sure abou that. I know you have to be careful but two peers of mine have worked with this company & from what I gathered the experiences were positive. Myself I've only spoken on the phone though. No personal experience.

Even if you don't understand business terminology, it's more important that you understand this is a SCAM. It works like this. They will claim to have a buyer for your company offering a very generous price, but they need to do some kind of audit first. You will be asked to PAY for this highly overpriced audit, but there will be no other transaction. You may be asked to pay for several different variations on this overpriced due diligence in sequence, to maximize the SCAMMER's profit. There will be nos sale of any business, the sole objective is to soak you for as much money as possible under the false pretense of a potential sale.
They are neither business brokers nor an M&A firm. If they were, they wouldn't be using cold calling techniques to hunt for victims, that what SCAMMERS do.

M&A firm? What's the difference between an M&A firm and a business broker? Are they pretty much the same?

And how long have you worked there?

Yes they're a good company.

If they call you they have buyers but it doesn't necessarily mean you get to work with them. As I found out you have to qualify for their program.

A field analyst from IAG called me about my business. I'm not looking to sell myself but about a year ago I was in a networking group with somebody that was working with company to sell his business. I lost touch with him but I do know that his company is now under new ownership now.

I haven't talked to Todd Holt but I got a voicemail from him. Haven't called back yet. Got their website though www.intlag.com. I also did a BBB search & they're A+ rated.

I received a call from Todd Holt from IAG asking if I'd considered selling my business. A competitor of mine sold their business with this company awhile back. I was wondering if anybody else had any direct experience with this firm.
