Got a call from Dan at Tucker's Enterprises this morning asking for my boss.  Claimed that he was supposed to touch base with him today and that his call was expected.  He was very short with me. Caller id says 3Sixty. When  I picked up the phone to tell this guy that he wasn't available, he was no longer on the line.  I'm guessing this could be considered fraud since I googled Tucker's Enterprises and that trucking company is not affiliated with 3Sixty in any way.  phone number 972-996-0031

I just got woke up at 3:15am due to two calls back to back from this number!!! Aren't there laws as well against telemarketers, what hours they can call and such!  I have not ordered anything on line, and I know I have not ordered male enhancement products like a prior person stated a response to.  I am on the national and local do not call registry and do not want to be on this call list as well!

I did not order anything nor do i want to order anything!!!! Take me off your list and dont ever call my # again!!!!!!!

I got a call today the lady said i had won 250,000 us dollers. That need to pay 1000 dollers to get my wins deliver she said sin the money to canda though wester union.

I have Caller ID and don't answer odd phone number calls.  If they don't leave a message on my voice mail, for sure I know it's a NON WELCOME CALL!!!  I check the callback logs and can see for sure I don't need THIS CRAP!!!!!!!

I called back several times after the call with no message and all I got was a busy signal, so not interested in any male enhancement or anything they have to offer....

I got a missed call from this number this morning - when I called back and spoke to a representative I found out the number was from a call center that is trying to contact customers for various reasons (confirm an order, offer a new product, etc.).

In my case, I had completed one of their forms but hadn't ordered anything, so they were just trying to give me a call to see if i was interested in trying their product as they had re-launched it. I let them know I was not interested and requested they take me off their list and they said they certainly would.

If you get a missed call from this call center then I suggest you call them back, as the lady I spoke with explained they only are calling numbers that customers willfully entered into order forms, so they are not calling customers are random.

I received a call from 3Sixty shortly after I had placed an online order for a trial offer - 3Sixty called me to confirm that the order was valid and to answer any questions I had about what I signed-up for.

Their representatives were polite and helpful, and I got all the answers and assistance I needed by just asking what I wanted to know. Not sure why everyone else had a bad experience, it seems like these guys only call if they have a good reason to, and as a customer I definitely appreciate them reaching out to make me feel comfortable about my order.

The managers are no better...Cathleen Tedford, for example.  

Beware of this company!!!  It's employees are mostly rude vultures.

We are an inbound / outbound call center. We make calls / take customer service calls for E-Cigarette offers and Male Enhancement programs. We try to respect people's privacy, we do not leave messages.. really.. what call center does..?? If people call us back and ask to be taken off our list, we respect that. No scams / No bad business. Sorry if one of our reps gave anyone a hard time, we all have a bad day occasionally. Not excusing the behavior. Call in and ask for a manager if you have an issue with a call. We take on new offers and clients all the time.

phone rang only once, but my caller I.D. , registered #972-996-0031.  Before trying to call back, checked 'on-line', and see it is another of those 'scam' calls.  It is the 2nd time this number called to-day!!

This number called and when I answered a woman asked to speak to my husband. I asked who was calling and she gave me her first name only, no business name, no reason for calling, no other information at all, just an impatient "Is he there?". He said he did not know her so I asked her what her business with him was and she replied she worked for a company.....still didnt give me the name. I was pretty upset with the way she spoke so abrupt and impatiently with me so I just gave him the phone. He said he filled something out online that advertised as free and then wasn't, and she was calling to see why he didn't complete the order. I don't know if that helps anyone. This lady was very unprofessional, and I still dont know the name of the business!

Called & obviously held on long enough to send my cell to voicemail.. but never said anything, then hung up. Grrr...
