This company is a scam DON'T TELL THEM ANY INFORMATION!! Their name is Montage Inc 3580 Wilshire Blvd # 1170 Los Angeles, CA 90010. 1-800-479-0776. Ask for Arash.

My call blocker does block it but it gets through for one ring and they continue to call 2 to 3 times a day.

I get the same and i think they are "phishers" who make these calls, record when a real person answers at what times, then they call later trying to sell you something. I think some of these callers also collect the times people answer the phone, list it and sell lists to telemarketers.

I got calls at 12:01pm,12:12pm, 2:24pm and 6:12pm on Dec. 06 from this number.
ID says Newark NJ, no messages ever left.

My guess is they are phishing for times a real person answers and lists it to sell to telemarketers so they can call when someone will answer.

They call at least four times per weekat any time, even throughout the night and left no message. I've answered call, nothing but dead air on the other end.

Just got a call from them.  I could press "1" for (something, I forget what), "2" to waive my eligility, or "0" to speak with someone.  I pressed "2."  Not worth the bother.

The caller, Rebate Center(?), called us  with a lady voice message.@ 10:10. 11/30/2-12 again, I returned the call @ 12:24. noon. It allowed  me to place  my phone on" do not call list. It last number 7866 seems  from Cantonese business.

What phone or service do you have that you can block area codes? I have a Panasonic with TWC service. The phone allows me to block 30 numbers. I ran out so deleted the old ones and have now started over. I have NEVER answered a single of these calls but they continue. The older ones no longer call, but new ones crop up every day. Even my blocked numbers ring one time. I haven't checked with Time Warner to see if they have a way for me to block more. SO ANNOYING!

Just got a call from this number. I hardly ever answer calls when I don't recognize the number. Caller did not leave a message on my answering service. Reading the posts on this site, it was probably a telemarketer.

This stooge called at 1:41 today and got through to my answering machine and left no message.  My Call Blocker allowed it to pass through since it was a first time call from the number 973-273-7866.  It can't ring my phone again cuz now its area code and exchange is blocked.

I call these harrassment calls not telemarketing calls since it left no message... what bono-fide company would call and not leave a message ?

Anyway, my technology ( Call Blocker ) defeats their technology. ( Robocallers )  I have half the country blocked.  Wherever a tele-stooge calls me from I block their whole State.  I also have blocked 888,877,866,and 855 which has cut down on a lot of telestooges.

My home phone doesnt even ring when a blocked number trys to phone me.

Don't answer... then call the number back without blocking your number and the system will immediately prompt you to press 1 to be removed from their call list.

I have received roughly 2 calls a day from these people, even after pressing 2 to stop calling, and, on another occasion, speaking directly to a customer service rep and asking politely to be removed.  Done with being polite now.  When they call again I will have to inform them that I will seek out and harm their families. It's amazing what you can do on computers today!!! Then hopefully the calls will cease.

Have received several calls from this number recently, they, of course, leave no message.  We're on Do Not Call Registry

Called on cell even though listed with DON'T CALL.  Saying I could get discounted electric.

Called at 5:06 on 11/26. Left no message..no name..only phone number on my Caller ID.

They call just about every evening at 5:00

If you press 2 when instructed, it will stop talking.  That's the button they tell you to press if you aren't interested.  Let's hope this means they'll never bother us again.

Caller ID said Rebate Center. since I am not expecting any rebates, I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

Left no message.

Female caller states over and over it costs nothing and I can back out of the agreement at anytime.  I already "qualified" for 15% off the supply part of my electric bill.

As usual...I feel anything too good to be true...usually is.

Research on this company (Energy Choice Assistance) on the Internet, lists it as a scam telemarketing gimmick.
