Whats the deal with this?

I received the letter today. It appears that Spencer Burns is a marketing company. I believe in this case they are marketing time shares in condos maybe. If true, these presentations are typically high pressure presentations to get you to buy something like a condo timeshare you most likely would not otherwise be interested in, or could afford! Avoid! There's no free lunch... or plane tickets!

I received a letter in the mail about airline tickets? What do I have to do to get them? I do not recall receiving any phone calls. Is this a legitimate campaign? Does this have to do with a contest I entered?
