This is a fax line, but they use it to telemarket.  this chiro ignores Do Not Call list and periodically cold-calls for new patients - never leave a message if you don't answer.  They also call from 366-7784 which is listed as another fax line on the website (which is why they don't answer when you call back)

I got a call for the same individual, did not leave any message. I called them back but no answer. This thing never happen in Mexico. I wish I could permanently put a plug on this guy's call. Any suggestion will deeply considered.

When I saw this number pop up on my caller ID I totally remembered it from a year or so go when this pushy woman from a chiropractors office called to get new customers. Obviously I didn't pick up. So annoying, I'm amazed they do cold calls. Wonder if they actually get customers this way. I would think most people would find it annoying like we do.

This office has called me MANY times. Im on the do not call list too. Everytime Ive been curious who it was because Im not in the custom of giving ut my home number. So, I google it and saw all you guy posting about this idiot Michael D Irhin which is what shows up on my caller ID. They are pretty slick too because you cant call back that number. Its either busy or just rings and rings. These people need to find something more productive to do with their time. A chiropractor making telemarketer home cold calls? Seriously?!?

Dr. Irhin's office is at it again.  This time, I received a call from "Deborah" at 973-366-3371.  I work overnight and sleep during the day.  I jumped up to answer the call (getting a Charlie Horse in the process), just to have them hang up, with no message.  I tried calling the number back, and it just rang.  A moment later, the phone rang, again.  Caller ID said Irhin, Michael D, from 973-366-3371.  "Deborah" started reading a script about the chiropractor "celebrating his 12th year in practice".  That was as far as she got.  My phone is already on the National Do No Call Registry.  Clearly, they don't care.  (I guess they figure they aren't "selling" anything, so they're exempt.)  Frustrating!

He called and did not leave a message.  Can someone tell me where in the do not call laws, it says that chiropractors are exempt?
