This phone number appears on our VISA bill for a company identified as "P2P" and for an unidentified service that costs $50. The number does not appear to work and VISA has no other number for the vendor.

Hey, I found this site totally informative. I also had a "P2P" charge of 25.00 on my CC bill that gave me pause. I use Net2Phone, and did in fact buy more time. Thanks for sharing and helping me clear that up!

Thanks so much for clearing up this I was beginning to think someone was charging my card without my knowledge. I too have Net2Phone and this helped me. I also called and the number didnt work.

I have no idea why I am getting P2P charges on my phone bill, I dont use any of this on a cellphone that is t-mobile and only used for emergencies plan and I get 6 charges in one month and 4 in one day and I am mad as hell.

I got the same charge. I, too, use Net 2 Phone, but have seen their bills show differently. My credit card company is investigating.

My Visa card has been charged $250!!! An unauthorized charged from P2P with the phone number 973-412-4321 which DOES NOT work! Ours is a VISA Check Card and our bank is investigating.

I got a 250.00 charge to my bank account. I do not have a net 2 phone. My bank is investigating. I hope they catch the jerks.

By additional searching for an answer, found this should be Net2Phone, not P2P as it appeared on my credit card statement. Am relieved to find kthat indeed I had increased my credit with this service.

This also showed up on my Visa card as a $10 charge with P2P and an unidentified service. I figured out that is was Net2Phone. http://www.net2phone.com/
I am calling them to tell them that the first "P" should be an "N"!
