got a call from Donna Halverson.  Said she has a client in my "area interested in financial planning."

I guess shes still cold calling.

Message from Donna Halversen.  said a friend referred her to me.  Wouldnt give my receptionist any information.  I dont return call to anyone who wont leave a detailed message.

I had the exact same experience this morning. I don't return calls when they don't provide a company name.

received a short message from 973-427-2350 saying that a friend of hers asked her to call me and asked I return her call, left a name that sounded like Donna Halvorson (from my caller ID)

Same with me, "she had a colleague who wanted to possibly work with me",
I have had a few of these, insurance wholesalers, donation seekers, etc.
i also use caller ID at work as wholesalers are always calling. Mutual funds now hate all the business ETF's are getting so they are calling even more now....

I had a call from a Donna Halverson who said she was referred by Scott.

I received the same call today, said she "had a colleague who wanted to work with me".

Donna qualified herself as calling for Capstone Advisors. I assumed, she was just another broker dealer trying to steal my book and cut her short.

We, too, had a call from a "Donna."  Very short - would not answer anything I asked her.
