Whoever this is, he keeps texting me and when I asked "who are you" he (she?) responded "are you married"? When I wrote back "don't text me again" his response was "why not"? Does someone know if there is some way to have him traced and arrested for hasseling people?

He purchased a mtorcycle from me through craigslist and as he was leaving he ran onto my lawn and grabbed a $100 motorcycle helmet and ran to his white boxtruck (License plate: ZDN18F) and sped off. e is a cheapskate and a scammer who is just trying to make money at any cost, illegal or legal, and he doesn't seem fully mentally stable either.
