I didn't answer this call to my cell phone because I didn't recognize the number.

It was a call from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield welcoming me. My husband and I just had our health plan go into effect on the 1st. Legit for me.

WTF? Horizon want to get info for freakin insurance, They obligate to ask a stupid survey, that annoys GRRRRRRRR Those a***oles get into my nerves to suit them, Horizon mind on your own business, don't bother again, inmediately I hung up on them.

These people are so annoying...they keep calling & of course never leave a message. What cowards. Get a real job & stop annoying people..........

I agree, it's annoying to get a call from Horizon Blue Cross NJ just after I sent in the paperwork for their Medicare insurance. No message! If it weren't for this site I'd never know that's who called. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer... I expected that if it was important whoever it was would leave a message.

I received a call from this phone number and a message.  It was from Ramona as registered nurse with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ looking for a Sara Johnson.  She has the wrong number but in the message she left, she stated that the call was regarding "a free benefit that is available to you as a member of HBCBS" and wanted to discuss further with this person.  The number she left to return the call was 866-697-9696 option 1 and 1 again.  Although I've had BCBS coverage, I haven't had them for some time now.

I got a call after I applied for insurance with Horizon Blue Cross NJ -- important that I get this insurance but it is annoying that i am going to get a call from a marketing affiliate??????????????????  I hope this is not a symptom of doing business with HBC.  I decided to get ride of Oxford.  I wish something could be done to get good healthcare in the USA!!

Left no message, just number came up on caller I.D. No message on answering machine.

"0" for operator who identified as being Horizon of N.J. number was ligit, said because of hiipa
laws cannot leave any message???Did get through to spokeswoman who took care of me.

It is the generic number of Horizon Blue cross blue shield that you see when anyone from inside calls you. For calling back though you need to have the persons direct number

It was Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, but in my case they were actually returning a call regarding an inquiry I had made and left them a message about, I just did'nt recognize the number.  legit for me at least... no survey...

They called me twice... but not left any voice message. When I tried to reach them they said that we don't know who called...check the voice mail and the caller not left any voice mail for me...looks like...some scam...

This number rang on my cell phone today and I answered.  They told me I had called them and wondered who I was.  I told them they called me and that I did not call them at all.  I hung up.

I got a call from this number. They said they had my father on the phone with them and needed information. How miraculous. Did they channel him through a seance? He's dead. They asked for personal info. I hung up.

This number is NJ Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield).

I also have been getting these calls in the morning. I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

I believe this a call back from a call I placed to Horizon regarding a 1099 that was sent to me regarding interest income.  Very confusing.

Got several calls from them. Decided to call Horizon to investigate, they stated that the call is not from them but from one of their suppliers. Horizon stated that the caller is just trying to get answers for a survey but you are not obligated in anyway to answer the call. Also if the Horizon representative said that the survey people CAN NOT ask for date of birth SS number or policy type or number. I haven't answer the survey call either just in case. Hope this helps.

Calls received from this number 5 times between 10:20am and 10:40am. Never left any messages.  When I call number back they do not identify themselves and ask for personal info.

Just did a Google search on this number and here I am.  No message and won't bother calling back.

I RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AS WELL. WHEN I CALL BACK IT JUST SAYS ENTER YOUR LAST NAME. I HAVEN'T DONE SO BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW WHO IT IS.

I got a very rude call from this number claims to be with Horizon Blue CRoss Blue Shield.  I call Horizon to try to complain about the rudness.  Horizon calims that the calls are not from them.

Got a call but i was talking to some1 so didnt accept it
