Called from "Medicare". Has a foreign accent.  Told him take me off the list and do not all again.  He said "and then what" and I replied and then don't call again.  I hung up and when I picked up the phone to call *69 to get the number, he was still on the line.  I had to wait a minute or so for the number to disconnect.

Called and left no voicemail.

they call constantly and tell me they don't have to stop calling if they don't want to. I said they did because I asked them and they said they could do what they want.
