They have called my office 4 times a day for the last 3 days.  The caller ID comes up as Broadvoice.  When I answer, I get background chatter and then a hangup.  When I don't answer, they try to fill up my voice mail.  When I call back, I get a message thate the phone is disconnected.  They are incredibly juvenile and annoying.  I haven't figured out how to get in touch with an actual human being at Broadvoice.com to complain.  When I go to the Broadvoice website, there is no information on how to contact them unless you wish to set up an account first.  Someone should tell Broadvoice that these telemarketers are not doing any favors for the Broadvoice brand.

Called yesterday, but did not leave a message

I received a phone call this morning from 1-973-629-0146.  They called me 4 time in one half hour, 2 time within a minute. The last time I picked up I told them to take me off of the list, then I hung up.  They were trying to sell some type of makeup.  They also said I signed up for this.  They never give up.

I got a call from this number today (a Saturday) at 8:30 in the morning!!! I was sleeping and dreaming and now I'm up!!!  There was nothing but static on the line.  What is this business anyway?

Who is this and why are they calling me

I have been doing some research in regards to these unknown numbers that keep calling. Like many of you I got a call from this number, I have been getting calls from unknown numbers for the past 2 weeks. What I have found out is that the number is unknown and you will not be able to call it back. If you answer there may or may not be someone on the other line; meaning a person, recording, or just silents.

The thing that bugs me the most is that they are calling me on my cell phone, how did they get that number? Does anyone know that answer? If you do, do you know how to remove your cell or home number from the list so that these spam callers STOP CALLING!

Yeah, good luck with that. I've complained to the donotcall.gov site, the better business bureau, and Purity Mineral Makeup themselves. They still called again saturday night at 10:30pm. I've recently contacted my lawyer about the constant harrassment and now I'm going to contact the attorney general's office. Here's my situation and how I know who it is.

I received an ad from Southwest Airlines during the first week of December, whom I frequently fly with, for holiday travel through email. After putting in all of my information to attain the discounted tickets, I saw that I needed to subscribe to a partnering company through giftlot.com. I signed up with Netflix because I was thinking of joining anyway, then saw that I would need to subscribe to a second company in order to get the deal on airfare. I merely clicked on the web site for Purity Mineral Makeup, not buying or inquiring about anything, and was hassled constantly afterward.

You will have to keep putting in the number 0 - to get to the customer service, but it is worth it. They called my cell at least 10 times a day, then hang up after the first ring. Got to the phone in time once, and found out the name of the company, said the same thing that I had filled out someting - NOT! Anyway - good luck, I am POSITIVE OF THE NUMBER ABOVE - (don't ask how I got this info though :) RT Call their server – 1-800-421-3872 First press 2 for phone services, Asks for phone number – press 0 – wait Asks for account number – press 0 – wait Telephone service menu – 5 options – press 4 then wait. Called twice in the last hour with no message

Call your phone company.   If that does not work, file a police report.  Do not use the 911 number but look in your phone book and find the telephone number of your police department for matters such as these.   If this company has your credit card number call your bank immediately, they will cancel your credit card and within 7-10 days you will receive a new card with a new number.

Call your phone company and they will stop these calls to you immediately.

I have received two phone calls from this number today.  They came in on my cell phone.  I called back within less than a minute and was told the number was disconnected.  As I am a landlord, and one of my tenants has been involved in having someone arrested for tapping into her phone line
(he works for a major carrier), and his wife does not care for me because I refused to rent to them, this is unnerving.  I have also received other
strange calls this week, since the problems with my tenants phone, which I am trying to track the numbers on.  I can't help but wonder how someone
can call me from a number at 11:57 am on a saturday morning and that phone number be disconnected at 12:00 - three minutes later.  The first call came in at 8:14 am - kind of early for a telemarketer.  No messages were left.

This co. who is making this annoying calls is a rip off, scam, etc. keeps calling all the time averyday, they call and dont leave any message, please STOP THEM! is a violation

After I talked to Judy and told her that I would be filing a complaint with my states Attorney General the calls stopped. I wasn't about to take any chances with them starting up again, so I mailed in my complaint form to the AG's office. That way they have it on record as to the complaint and number of complaints against them. So far, so good!

Googling "Broadvoice" comes up with an internet phone service company. Perhaps the mineral makeup place is using this company to provide their phone service. It is annoying.

Keeps calling cell phone 6-7 times a day

calls several times a day and leaves no answer what so ever!!!!! I only have a prepaid phone and i use this for my childrens doctors and school i wish the dang F***ers would stop calling me!!!!!!

I just filed a complaint with the national do not call list. I've had my number on the list for several months. I recieved seven calls from "them" within a two hour period. My husband answered one of their calls and the lady hung up on him.

these crazy people keep calling me! I've gotten 7 or 8 calls from them today this is annoying i am taking and studying for exams. When i finally did pick up and said hello they some how knew my name and kept saying hello

Starting today Wed. Dec.10th, 2008 at 1:41 pm, 2:44pm, 3:07pm, 4:34pm, and 4:59pm I have been receiving calls from this number. What angers me the most is that there is nobody on the other line when I answer. I answer, and all I hear is a click. If nobody is on the other line...how do I find out who they are, what they want, and to ask them to remove our number from their list? Obviously, it is not an emergency, so why are they calling?

They have been calling me 4-5 times a day and I never answer because they never leave a message. I have no idea who it is, because when i try to call back the number i get the "error...this number has been disconnected message." I'm going to add them to my block list! So annoying!!!!

Started calling me Dec.6th. Called today, Dec. 8th, five times in one hour. I tried calling the number listed by "grrrr" posted in the comments. I talked to their server Judy, who promptly told me it wasn't their number and to call the police to file a complaint. I can't reach the telemarketer who called because it says it's not a working number. So I am filing a complaint with my KS. State Attorney General. They have a task force that handles consumer complaints against telemarketers who violate the Do Not Call List, and consumers requests that these companies do not call them again. Look up your states government web site and see if you can't find a similar service who are advocates for the consumer. I'll let you know how this ends.
