I just missed a call from this number, I also frequently get calls telling me to my warranty is about to expire on a vehicle that I don't own.  I'm with Verizon, how do they get our cell numbers?

I got a call yesterday at 3:17p and another just now from this number. I didn't answer it both times because I didn't recognize it, and no message was left. If it's spam/telemarketing, it needs to be stopped!

I have been getting calls from this number for several months now and it is really quite annoying.

Call received 12:49pm on a secure hospital line, I did not answer and no message. Who is this?

I have recieved a call from this number on my cell (at&t) and on my home phone (verizon). I answered it on my cell. They told me why they were calling. I told them that I have an '84 Honda Civic and that I have never had a warranty. Then they asked if I wanted one! STUPID. This thing a piece. I then proceded to ask them to take me off their list. She hung up on me. About a month later, not kidding you, they sent me a card in the mail!! Boy are the desperate! Get a real job like us and leave us alone!!!!

Got call from this number on my cell phone. Did not pick it up. No message left. I am in MA, Boston.

said this is the second call regarding your vehicle warranty and it is the second time in a month. I wish they wouldn't waste my minutes.

damn company called me twice this AM.  never had a warranty, never wanted one, never needed one.  i wonder who this jennifer gasparino is though.  maybe i'll head over to clifton, nj to that address and knock on the door and see what they say.

Got one from 973 779 3178 at 6:15 Pacific time last nite. No message but have previously gotten 3 or 4 warenty calls!

I just got a call too. Didn't recognize the #, didn't answer it and no message left.

Got two calls from this number within an hour yesterday.  Didn't pick up and no message left.

I just got a call from them too on my cell; didn't pick up and no message was left. I signed up for the National Do Not Call Registery, hopefully it helps. Not sure if its good outside of California but give it a shot. 1-888-382-1222

They are calling me on my cell phone to tell me my auto warranty is expiring. My warranty company does not know them and is not expiring. They call twice a day with the same stupid recording.

I would like to report them.... To whom?

I get this stupid call every day..it is for your factory warranty on a car..it drives me crazy and i don't have a factory warranty..I want to call them back but can not to be removed from their list!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!

same thing.. got the call on my sprint mobile. didn't answer, and no vmail was left.

Ok, so my car warranty is about to expire, what's even worst is that I don't own a car! I get calls like this at least 4 times a week even on weekends and at 3am

Got one today as well. Googled the phone and got the29 Kenyon St, Clifton, NJ 07013 address. Googled that and got a Dunkin Donuts...

I've gotten 5 calls today from this number on my work cell phone......they leave no messages but the number is disconnected.......WTF!!

yep I get this once in a while   I did a google seach and actually got a name with phone number  I never answer it  it comes back to new jersey  some scam artist I'm sure

Telemarketers use computers.  I am told that after a certain number of rings, the computer "hangs up," if it detects that the response is only from an answering machine.  If there is a human response, then the telemarketer can decide whether or not to start speaking.

FIND A SERVICE THAT WILL REMOVE YOU FROM LISTS.  I WISH I COULD.  I GOT THESE CALLS, AND MY PHONE IS UNLISTED!  
Did you know that "some" telephone companies give/sell their phone and address lists to the DIRECTORY "WHITE AND YELLOW PAGES" COMPANIES?
AND THEN, the DIRECTORY companies SELL that info to other businesses.
SUPPOSEDLY, the telephone company omits unlisted phone numbers when releasing the info, but you really need to call and sign something with the DIRECTORY PUBLISHERS, to keep your number private (as I have found out).  In my area, there are THREE independent DIRECTORY PUBLISHERS,and my number is in every one of them!  Contact them now, before the next printing.

About five years ago, I began to get a number of anonymous phone calls.  I dialed my telephone company's customer service number, and rather quickly I got the advice:

1.  Start keeping a log.  On a calendar, write the time of each call, always checking the phone #.  Do this for one to two weeks, if possible.

2.  Then call your own phone company, and get correct info about
   handling harassing phone calls.
   Take notes of suggestions, and write on calendar--time, date, name  
   of operator, etc.

3.  At the next telemarketer call, speak CALMLY and follow your phone  
   company's instructions.  NO TEMPER, SHOUTING, etc.
   You are talking to an experienced con artist.  The job is to
   manipulate YOU--that is easy, when you are upset.

 lose a little focus, because it is harder to get you under his control.]
