Keeps calling 15-20 times per night, no message, no person on the line.  What is the solution?

Keeps calling 20-30 times a day needs to stop never leaves a message needs investigation

This number calls me repeatedly.  When I return the call, I was told it was disconnected.

Constantly calling, now calls my house phone.  keeps charging my cell phone number.

I got 3 calls from this number on my cell phone last night (thank goodness, not all in a row, but over the course of maybe two hours).  I didn't answer any of those three calls, as I was in the other room and didn't even hear my cell phone ring.  Finally, I got curious.  I thought maybe someone was calling me about my search for a living kidney donor (which I'm still looking for, by the way!!)--so I called this number back.  Much to my surprise, I got the recorded message that this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  So now I'm getting calls from a disconnected number?????!!!  I didn't know that was possible!  This morning, I called the number back from the house phone, in case maybe my lines were getting crossed when I returned the call from my cell phone.  But no.  It's still a disconnected number.  Verrrrrrrrry strange.  Mysterious.  Fishy, even.  WHY???!!!  Are there people who are that bored, and/or that desperate for whatever, that they have to invent annoying scams like that????!!!!  If I get any more calls from this number, I'm going to have to call Verizon and report it.  Hell, I may have to change my number, which I've had for four years now.

I have been getting no stop calls from this 973-792-8504 number for about a week now.  They keep calling leaving no messages and I won't answer a number that I don't recognize.  I have recieved about 25 calls just today and they still have not stopped.  Every 10 minutes my cell phone rings and it's the same stupid number coming up.  I want to find out what can be done to get them to stop calling?

i answered a couple of times and she wants my credit card number so she can charge me 2.95 for shipping and handeling...for a grant that she says is coming from obama...she got my number from my e-mail cuz they sent me something that said that obama was giving out grants and to apply to see if you qualify...unfortunitly this is all a scam. More than likly from nigeria because they are doing a lot...there is absolutly no grants go out from any company or our gov. it is just ppl trying to take advantege of us when we are struggleing.

They have been calling me every three to four minutes and have just hung up.
Trust I'm gonna deal with this.

my first call was this morning before 8! It happens to be my day off, thought I'd sleep in! they continued to call me at least 15 times.  I finally answered, told this woman to "stop calling" but that didn't work. I called the number back, and a recording said the number is outof service! I am calling my phone company and putting a trace on my phone.  Enough is enough!

Calls 30 to 40 times a day.  No messages.  I tried to answer twice yesterday and no one was there.  I called it back and got, "This number is disconnected or no longer in use."  I think this is an offshore fraud set up routing calls through a pirated number in NJ.

I received multiple calls from this number in the end of November and whenever I'd pick up they would hang up. annoying as hell.

I'm wandering if they are reading this blog because the calls have stopped. Not even one since I was on here almost 6 hours ago! I did however, follow thru with notifying my phone service. Could it be that someone caught up with them for this harrassment?

These calls have started back again, they hadn't called for about 2 weeks but now I'm getting calls every 30 minutes.  No one answers when I pick up the receiver.

I have been receiving calls from this number for about a week.  They are calling 6-9 times per day.  I do not answer as I did not recognize the number.  However, when I called from a land line I get a busy signal.  Who are these people calling and how did they get my cell phone number?

They have called me at least 5 times today, and my girlfriend finally answered the phone, and couldnt understand what was being said... when i got home i attempted to call them back, and it said the number had been disconnected.

They have been calling me for days!  (Several times a day).  The two times that I answered and they didn't hang up on me, it was someone with a very strong accent.  They said I had applied to win some money- which I never had.  What can I do to stop them?

these STUPID A.. PEOPLE are driving me insane. They take all this time to call me yet when u return the call it says it has been disconnected!  OH WELL they will never get a hold of me that way! DAH! This is on my cell phone so the caller id co name isn't available.

They just started calling me tonight. I told the lady who asked for my credit card number, that I don't give out my personal information on the phone. I said thank you and have a nice evening and hung up. They have called 7 times all in about 3 mins apart. Now I can't answer the phone. Maybe they will go away. I sure hope nobody gives these scumbags any personal information.

I'm also keeping a log of the amount of calls I get from this phone number.
I will be calling the police and reporting this as harrasment.

They call me every ten min. Has any one eles look into grant information? I did yesterday and I think thats what the woman is talking about. hard to understand though.

THAT SOUNDS RIGHT, I ALSO WAS LOOKING UP STUDENT GRANT INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET. THEY HAVE CALLED ME SIX TIMES ALREADY. GOOD THING SOMEONE ELSE IS GETTING THIS PHONE SOON;)

what i want to  know whats going to be done about it this number is all over the internet matter of fact as i type my phone is ringing what is our gov/ going to do to stop this crap

This number started calling me at 9 am this morning and so far they've called me 17 times in the past 7 hours. It's all most always at the top of the hour and 15 minutes before the next hour begins. It's really freaking me out. My friend told me its a New Jersey area code. But like what I've read so far from everyone else, they have yet to leave a message. I've considered picking up but I have also heard that if you do they can use your long distance somehow... My dad actually called the number back for me when I told him all of this and it said the number is disconnected...so how do they keep calling? I don't know what to do either. I called my phone company at&t and they just said to have it on the reject call list which just sends it to voicemail and for 5 more dollars a month they can block it so the number thinks my phone is disconnected.That's just b.s. If other people call the police for harrasment, I will to, but i'm not really sure what they can do about it if my phone company isn't even really willing to help me.

They are calling me now. Called back to back about 13 times..now 14/  this is aggravating.
