It's a grant funding company.  Perhaps you filled something out online.  I mistakenly did and now they won't quit calling.  Tell them to put you on the Do Not Call list.

this number started calling at 8am and wont leave a message. when i called back and requested to be placed on their do not call list, they called right back, tried to sell me something and got cursed out. i had to block them through my cell provider

this month this number has called me numerous times. I did go on to a site for gov grants and that may be the source.

They are calling my fax machine over and over. I hope they enjoy the fax tones. They must be sequentially dialing. The number they are calling has been a dedicated fax line for OUTBOUND faxes for 20 years. It has never even been listed anywhere for incoming calls. Morons.

This number has called me 26 times in less than 24 hours.  This number calls my cell phone early in the morning, all through the day, and all night long.  They leave no message.  I pressed option #2 early yesterday, yet they still call.  Just reported it in the 'DO NOT CALL COMPLAINTS'.  Nothing listed on caller ID, no company name listed in the pre-recorded message when I call the number back.

The phone calls have been occurring 10-16 times daily for the last 4 weeks. I spoke to a person that would not allow me to talk to a supervisor. Of course that wasn't going to happen.

We decided to find the business name. So we did a reverse look up and some other things and found a business on the South side of W. Main Street between the cross streets of Mountain Ave and New Street. By using the Google Map ability to view at the street level we found it was right by the St Joseph Church (6 West Main St.)

We are still playing with finding a business name.

1-973-7744 started calling this morning every 15 min. or less.My call wave kept catching it  but they didnt leave a mess.
It IS for grants and they say they will siend you this pkg. for free-pay shipping and H.I looked on the web and signed up but didnt give a card no and deleted it all. Seems you dont have to ckick send..they lock it in  and retrive it ..I recieved 10 calls before I just sat with the phone in my hand to catch it...

How did you manage to get some live girl at that number? I am like everyone else, all I get is a recording. I guess getting 5 cents everytime someone else answers their calls is very prosperous money wise for them in New jersey. Con artist from Africa again.

i signed up for grant information online they have been calling me since they want 2.98 for shipping and they will send you the software i told them to call me back on such and such day and i would pay over the phone they call 7 times a day since this morning when they called i answered by asking to speak with the superviser i couldnt have been on hold for half a second and the same girl gets on the phone as some one else i went off on her and told her to quit calling havnt heard back from they yet but hey the day is early still

Really irritating. These folks have been calling every half hour since 8:21 am this morning.

Just go back to the (fraudulant) "grant application" and type in *their* number!

called 7 times i two hours, each time a diffrent person

For the past week I keep getting calls on my cell phone and home phone. Yesterday there were 3 calls within 15 minutes. Yet there is never anyone there when it's answered. It's rather annoying because no one in my home has signed up for anything online or elsewhere! It's probably just more of telemarketers buying phone numbers and invading our privacy!

It doesnt work. I tried. they are still calling. They called me yesterday 30 times.

Keep getting these calls from New Jersey, all are 973 prefixes and my phone will ring until I pick up and there is never anyone there.  When I call back there is a recorded message menu directing you to a customer service and of course they are too busy because of the volume of calls.  Next option on the auto answer is push # 2 to delete from calling list.  That does not work either.  They still call back.  Anyone have any idea who the pests are?  Time we get together and put a super hex on their line.
