I had just called that number over an hour ago and held them up for at least 30 minits.  I told them that as long as I received calls from them, I would continue to call and waist their time.  It only seems fair. I would be curious, if they were to contact the Attorney Generals Office, what would the complaint be.  After all, you are only wanting them to stop calling you.  Besides, if you do *67, it blocks your number.  I keep insisting to talk to a supervisor.

These calls were terrifying me! I thought it was my crazy ex trying to reach me for the holidays! My life's been a nightmare since I started getting these calls.  I was so afraid to call them back in case it was him and he was trying to get my number!  But now I see that it's happening to a lot of other people!  What a relief!  Everyone:  I hope your calls stop and you will have a non-annoying and very Merry Christmas everyone! I've been getting calls from 973-843-0059(identified as "New Jersey call") over the past several days; the last one was last night.  However, as of early this morning I've been getting constant calls from a different number, also located in NJ (201) 918-3049 (identified as "unknown name").  I have a feeling it's the same people, although I investigated and found out that the first number is a land line, and the second number is a cell phone.  Nevertheless, they are within a 20 mile radius of each other (in the Rochelle Park, Jersey City, and Orange areas of NJ). I did some research on the internet using Mapquest, 411.com, and Anywho to obtain this informaion.  I hope this is helpful.

I called a customer service number for acai berry and the lady had no clue what i was talking about.  she kept saying she has no account for me and that line was only for people with accounts.  i told her i just want to be taken off the list for calls and it better stop and she said ok (but she had no clue what i was talking about!) then i got on their website and did a live chat session.  i told them i have been getting calls and no one says anything and i want them to stop.  they asked what number it was and i told them and they said they are not associated with that number.  i told them they better look into it cuz there are tons of people complaining about someone from their company calling.  the calls are still going off like crazy but i put that number to ring on silent.

call your phone company and have the number blocked.  Thats what I did.  The only place I have seen an advertisement for that Acai Berry stuff was on facebook do you think there is a connection.

I have been receiving calls as well. They do not leave a message & only after several calls did I return their call only to find out it is no longer in service. I visited the acai berry web site but did not submit any info....

they call and ask for an IreneGonzalez and say she owes them money, i tell them she don't live here.  she insist that i am lying and starts yelling.  she calls all the time. I want her to stop calling

this number calls and calls and calls looking for someone. they say this person owes them money. i wish they stop calling . this is harrassment.

I called the Customer Service number which is 1-877-350-8480.  When I spoke to the rep of the company or whatever, I said

"I am no longer interested in this product.  I've been getting at least 10 calls a day from the number 1-973-843-0059 from the hours of 9 AM to 9PM.  It is really annoying and I would like it to stop.  I've answered the phone and no one talks and sometimes the phone only rings once and then stops.  If these calls do not stop, I will call the police and file a harassment charge."

The man said that he would have the company stop calling, and I haven't gotten a call in a day.

Same problem as others - repeated  calls, hang-ups, etc.  

Solution: As they were calling my cell phone, I called my wireless carrier and asked them to block all calls from this number - a free service.  No more problems.  Not sure if this is available from other wireless and land line carriers, but I would think so... its worth a call to find out.

I am getting called from this number about 10 times a day on my cell phone. Anyone know how I can block it/stop this?

Sick and tired of this! 5-15x a day and never a message, so I knew right off the bat it wasn't important! Something needs to be done about this. I'm 'reporting this' on every number search site I find. Absolutely ridiculous.

I re-registered my cell phone on the do not call list (see above). I filed a complaint, as I believe I have been previously registered. I tried calling the company phone number 800-278-3620, but could not get through.

I too have been receiving calls, started yesterday.  Will take some of the other suggestions.  Also, I just sent emails to CNN, Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, and ABC News a letter explaining that I could not believe that they would associate themselves with this company.  Each of them is advertised on the Natural Acai Berry website.  Will let you know if anything comes of this.  I just want the calls to stop.

I received 2 calls on 12/16 & 2 more on 12/17 from this number 973 843-0059.  When I call it, the number has been disconnected.

I am getting repeated calls from this number all hours of the day and night. Never leaves a voicemail, just calls over and over. I have had enough.

These people call my home multiple times a day.  Today they have called 9 times.  This is harassment, pure and simple. When I try to return the call to give them a dose of their own medicine I get a message "the number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service."

It worked! What I posted yesterday worked and they have stopped calling. See above!!

This witch is relentless.  She calls my daughter 15 times a day and we have all asked her to stop calling.  She is Vanessa Miles from Extreme Acai Berry.  We don't want them! STOP CALLING!

a little trick I used just 5 minutes ago...I answered the call but didn't say "hello." I kept quiet. Sure enough, a voice came on saying "hello! hello!" Once I got someone on the phone I ripped them a new one and told them to take me off their list! They said they would. I'll report back and let you all know if it worked.

I just received a call from this number because I didn't recognize it I didn't answer it. So I googled the number only to find out that this person or business is making other anonymous calls.
