This here is the famous india caller that thinks we okahomans are stupid well he called me today at 12:24PM all I did was told elm I am to young to have a medic bill (I told elm like a broken record).he got mad said something in in india language and ended the call.

I just called a "mother f$&*er" by some middle eastern sounding low life because I said what 3 times after not being able to understand him. Definetly want to do business with you now you POS!

I just give the phone to my two year old. He loves talking to telemarketers!

I have gotten the same Indian-esqe middle Eastern guy this will be my 8th call starting the 30th of June.  He never says anything when I answer just hangs up.  What ever this scam is,  is both annoying and stupid.  Anyone knows how to block?

Strange call claiming to be from the United States Medical Department

I keep getting daily calls from this number. Have not yet answered as I don't know anyone from that prefix.

I get these calls about once a day. I've begged, pleaded, screamed, cursed, and thought about bribing them to get me to stop calling me. "Take me off your list" does not mean a thing. When I realized I couldn't stop the calls, I decided I was going to have a little fun with one of them; a woman called, told me I had been selected to receive some sort of medical compensation of thousands of dollars, and I stayed on the line. Eventually she got to the point where she began asking me for information, starting with my name. I played dumb and stated, well of course, she already had that, right? After all, the goverment wouldn't simply call someone at random and offer them thousands of dollars, right? After repeating her script several times and not gaining any personal information from me, she eventually told me she would need to call me back. She never did. I may try this approach with everyone that calls, except that I'd be on the phone all friggin' day!

I have gotten a call from this number 3 times telling me I am entitled to medical compensation. When I tell them I did not have any medical procedures they argue with me that I did. First they do not speak English very well and they are in a room with many other people talking in the background. The people have an obvious middle eastern accent and they will not stop calling me. They know my name, address and phone number, this is scary how do we get this to stop

Same thing.  3 calls a day for last two days on my cell.  Finally answered and guy with heavy Indian accent starts asking me about bladder mesh surgery.  At first I simply told him he had the wrong the number.  Then he started trying to tell me about compensation so I just hung up.  He called back.  I simply blocked the number but I am sure they will start calling from another number now.  

This number has called me several times within the last week, and I finally answered. The person on the line has a very heavy accent, and asked if I had ever had bladder surgery. When I said no, he said, "Our records say you have the Mirena" I hung up right away. I do use this birth control, but I was under the impression that this information was not available to the public. Any thoughts on how someone was able to get this information?

Call the cops. And let them know it's harassment.

I got a call from them today. I don't know how you people even understood him! But it was what you all described.

This number keeps calling me even though my number is on the no-call list. what actions can I take against the caller?

They told me the same thing and I told them I've never had surgery and they said are you sure? lol I was like um yeah I'm pretty sure. Definitely scammers. They've been calling me for over a year.

I had the same experience! But I answered it as I have friends all across the United States. So I didn't see any harm because my friends change their numbers,  and when I answered I heard just a lot of people in the background, the guy (with some sort of accent)tried to say my name  then hang up.

Noisy room as noted above, man with accent said he was calling from the United States Medical Department.  He did have my name though.  Asked him not to call me again and I hung up.

Called today, Monday, June 30 at 0826 hrs. No response after "Hello". Considerable background noise (boiler room?) with one loudmouth above the rest in a foreign accent, possible Middle Eastern. Prior to hanging up, a caller (no name) asked if anyone in family had recent surgeries with complications and we could be compensated. I told the guy I was coming to get him in Jersey cause I knew where he was and he hung up.

I posted here yesterday about them. I put in a complaint with the do not call sight yesterday. I received 3 phone calls today from the same number. Didn't answer it, I recognize the by the time I hear the area code. What rude people they need to get a life not mine.

I also called my phone carrier to report these unwanted calls and had them block my number..

Multiple calls starting at 7:30 am.  Answered one and it sounded like there was a room full of people.  Person wasn't fluent in English and said he was from the US Medical Department. Told person to stop calling.

I receive many calls from this number:
 973-855-3747! I do not want to receive any more calls.

I've been getting these for a little over a week now.  Solution :  Name it ( in your contact list ), then block it.

These people call me 3-4 x per day. When I tell them to stop calling, I never had any of the procedures they are talking about they get rude and start yelling at me. They are of Indian Descent and need to stop calling!

Its begining  to feel like harrassment. Im getting calls every day this week on my cell ph. I've had about enough! I dont answer when I see the area code. Who can a person report this to to have them stopped!

Got call from 973-855-3747 twice per day it's show from nj didn't pick it up cause a few days ago I also got call from 202 8641114 don't answer it .

I've had 4 calls from this number. 1st lady couldn't speak English, I told her not to call me anymore because I'm on the do not call list.
2nd call the same evening guy named Daniel talking about medical. He spoke with an accent. I told him not to call me and this was the second call from this number. I told him I was on the do not call list. He said why? I said do not call me again, he said why. I hung up.
3rd call next day a woman with accent called, I told her this was the 3rd call that I've received, I said take me off your list. I'm on the do not call list she said OK, then she kept repeating my name and I hung up.
4th call today. I recognized number and didn't answer. I'm going to put in a complaint with the do not call list today.

Received call yesterday.  An Indian accent answered me back.
Telling me I have been authorized to get compensation for medical surgery I had.  I interrupted him.  Told him I have never had surgery and do not call me again.  Then hung up.  They called me right back.  Did not answer.  They have now called back  about 12 times in less than 20 hours.   Will answer next time and let them have it.

Started calling on june 24th and i got 3 calls today one at 11:20am and then at 5:09 pm and 5:36 pm. They call my cell phone number which I do not give out. They never leave a message and I do not answer.

3rd time  i have ben called by this number ....no one there when answered ?
